They consistently deliver exceptional customer service with prompt and reliable response times. Their team demonstrates strong commitment and stability, with little to no turnover. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions thoroughly and provide additional training whenever needed. The product speaks for itself!

Pros

Pearly was a significant advancement for us in 2023. Statements are automatically generated and sent as soon as an insurance payment is posted—eliminating postage costs and removing the dependency on staff availability to process statements manually. This automation has meaningfully improved the timeliness and effectiveness of managing our patient portion A/R, resulting in a notable uptick in collections.

Cons

At this time, I do not have any concerns or identified areas where Pearly falls short of our expectations. The platform has consistently delivered on its intended purpose and has aligned well with our operational goals. Implementation was smooth, communication has been strong, and ongoing support has remained responsive and reliable. The system performs as designed, and we have not experienced material issues that would impact workflow, reporting accuracy, or patient communication. Overall, Pearly continues to exceed our expectations, providing measurable value to our revenue cycle processes and supporting improved patient account management.

Pros

Pretty easy to implement and significantly decreased the workload of some of our front office personnel.

Cons

Mostly just trying to get used to a different system. We weren't used to sending out invoices to a select number of accounts. Pearly strategy for collecting balances is a little different.

Overall Pearly has been wonderful to work with! The technology works great and is user friendly! The support team is also amazing! They consistently check in and answer any questions or issues quickly!

Pros

Pearly has been wonderful for our practice! We’ve noticed patients are paying their bills quickly once insurance claims are received and the initial text is sent! This has reduced our outstanding accounts receivable in the over 30 days late buckets!

Cons

I wish there was an option to customize individual product codes. For example it would be great if we could chose a different length of time after an appointment for the first text message to be sent for crowns.

Easy to install, great customer service and the software was reliable.

Pros

It loved that it was automatic once an insurance payment was applied the patient would receive notice if a payment was due. For larger balances it gave an option for payments which was a bonus for older accounts that were aging.

Cons

I would have like more setting options to customize some the accounts.

It was the best option and integrated with our practice management system.

It's been great. We are slowly transitioning to the auto portion.

Pros

Online Portal. Also easy to use. I like the ability to text patients for their balances and they can pay via the link.

Cons

Lots of other software out there can do similar things to Pearly, but are bundled with other things like confirmations, phones etc. I wish they would integrate with Weave or something similar.

It has been wonderful and has saved so much time at a very busy practice! It does the bust work for you and our patients have loved the ease of paying their portion via text or email through a secure space.

Pros

I loved the ease of setting this up with our practice software and how easy it is to use. You have the opportunity to block certain statements that go out and have full control on how the options!

Cons

Nothing! We have not had any issues with Pearly!
