Our overall experience has been extremely positive and we feel that we have found a partner who both understands our business and is keen to work with us.

Pros

We adopted Armada as our back office system from the outset and it enabled us to grow rapidly over the past two years. The mobile app is essential to communicate with our network of over 500 Event Managers and Support Staff who are able to apply for jobs according to their location. The team at Armada have been keen to work with us and have been responsive to our requests. Any issues have been dealt with quickly by their excellent technical support team. We have successfully integrated with both Quickbooks and more recently Paylocity. Rather than a one size fits all policy they are always happy to receive feedback from users which has resulted in many small improvements being made to the system.

Cons

Not really a Con but currently we would like to improve the integration with our CRM system. This would require support for an automation system such as Zapier or Make. However, I believe that this is a feature that the team are currently reviewing so hopefully we will be able to implement this in the near future.

We have tried different platforms and I can honestly say, this is hands down the most user friendly. I love working with the developers. Customer service is outstanding!

Pros

I LOVE the dashboard and all the information it gives me all in one place. The app developers are always available when needed. When we have a suggestion to add a function, they are so open to implementing them.

Cons

Sometimes android users have a problem with the app, but never anything the developers can't fix.

Pros

It is easy to use and if there is ever an issue, IT is so quick to get it fixed!

Cons

I wish there were a texting or messaging feature directly through the app, that way we could send out a message to everyone booked on an event rather than having to message individually in another system.

Armada is straightforward and easy to navigate through. The calendar view makes it easy to stay organized and track your teams performance.

Cons

Some features needed to be included such as a close out option that shows who approved the hours but overall Armada has a lot of helpful features.

We are far mor efficient using Armada than we were previously and have saved time, money and headaches. Highly reccomend the product.

Pros

The ease of use is very high and intuitive in all aspects of client information mnagement through all aspects of our operations.

Cons

We have found nothing that we would consider probematic. We have asked for changes to make it better and the staff at Armada has been very accommodating to help make the system work for us. The customer service is top notch and they are all very nice peole. Nothing to not like.

Very pleasant. Team is quick to respond and always extremely helpful.

Pros

Once we implemented the Armada app, it completely transformed our recruiting department and how we operate as a team. We now have more time to interview and focus on the candidates rather than stress about the administrative side since the app houses all of this for us.

No complaints. It has been a great platform for our team.

It really does everything that we need for a great price.

Pros

We've been using this at our retail store for over a year. It's super easy to use. It does everything we needed several apps to do before. Plus the pricing is fair.

Cons

A few things here and there but overall when I talk to their support team about it they actually listen and even implement some of my features that I wish for.
