We like that we can order multiple vendors in one transaction and appreciate the electronic option because they are delivered very QUICKLY and in a convenient Excel spreadsheet that allows us to track recipients. 10/10 Recommend! This takes a lot of stress and manual work out of the process for me. We use them every year for our holiday egift card bonuses. Pros Ability to choose between digital and physical gift cards. Wide variety of store that have gift card options. Cons Trying to share a password protected file with the links for the digital gift cards. For some reason the links would work for my colleague when I copy and pasted the information. However, it did work when I saved the password protected file as a different named file. It may have been user error on my colleague's part. This is hard to find nowadays, especially with all the cybercrime taking place these days. Pros I love the ease of ordering. The website is very user friendly and the service is very reliable. I love that you can customize the cards and the amounts. This is very important because a lot of other companies have set amounts and that doesn't always work for our purchases. I feel confident that my orders are being processed securely and that Blackhawk is doing everything possible to deter fraud. Our orders are always accurate and on time. Plus they have great customer service and completely dedicated reps. Cons I can't think of single negative thing to say about Blackhawk. There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about this company. Administration Retail Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Above And Beyond" February 9, 2025 5.0 We have only had a couple cards with issues, and after contacting their support team, was resolved in minutes. i had one card when i first started using BlackHawk i wasnt aware of expiration. they went above and beyond by explaining in detail each step of redeeming, in ways i could understand, and then proceed to re activating my card for me so i didnt loose it when it was my fault so nothing bad here to say. i highly recommend anybody give them a try. its worth it for sure. Pros support is top notch, quick to resolve any issue at hand, which is why i give five stars alone. not to mention super easy to use.
