All excellent qualities! Their method of delivering digital gift card codes is fast, reliable, and secure. I felt very comfortable and confident when placing my order and I will order more in the future. Pros I like the speed of their service and I like the flexibility of their offerings (digital vs. physical gift card options). Despite the issue I experienced with missing my account setup window, I was able to contact customer service to get a new link. They did not respond the same day, but when I followed up the next day and explained that I was working on a time-crunch, they were almost immediately responsive and very helpful. Pros Blackhawk Network is very easy to use, and the variety of electronic gift card options is great. Cons When you make your first order, later, you are sent an email to set up your account, which is only active for 24 hours. Ideally, I would like to be able to set up my account right away or at least have the link last longer than 24 hours. Overall, from the selection to the checkout and the secure delivery, I am satisfied and would continue using them. Pros There is a wide selection of gift card images and options, with the choice to select the exact amount you want for the value. The card fees are reasonable, but probably on par with other similar vendors. Cons The cards are paper, but I would like to see an option for plastic. Pros Navigating the site was very easy, it was organized making my search easy to find the products that I needed in ample time. The search function is also another to that help locating products quickly. Cons My experience with Blackhawk Network has been smooth, with the only suggestion being to improve how e-gift cards are emailed. Perhaps separating the merchants in the Excel file could enhance the process.
