Para nosotros lo mejor está siendo el equipo técnico, tanto en la fase de puesta en marcha, como en el dia a dia. Siempre responden y afrontan los problemas para dar soluciones, y te sientes acompañado. Nos ha llamado la atención el sistema para mejorar la herramienta en base a las propuestas de los usuarios, te permite aportar ideas, pero lo más importante es que puedes ver las inquietudes de otros muchos usuarios, y por donde va la evolucion de la herramienta y que funcionalidades están en marcha. Sinceramente, estamos muy sorprendidos y muy contentos con el cambio, y, reconozco que no somos usuarios fáciles porque en nuestro equipo tenemos un alto componente tecnico. Anímo a quien lea este post que pruebe Hotelgest.

Pros

Estamos gratamente sorprendidos con Hotelgest, hemos migrado de otra plataforma despues de muchos años de funcionamiento que necesitaba de otras herramientas adicionales para abordar todos los aspectos de la gestión hotelera. Con Hotelgest hemos mejorado mucho en la gestión, nos permite una gestion integral con las OTA's, el cliente y las administraciones publicas. De una manera sencilla y muy eficaz. La herramienta es agil, intuituiva y funciona muy bien desde las diferentes plataformas, ya sea smartphone o PC con navegador. El sistema de ayuda por chatbot es realmente util y te permite ir consultando y aprendiendo a tu ritmo la herramienta, que al ser tan completa necesita su tiempo.

Cons

Pues la verdad es que no tengo nada reseñable que decir, quizás, que el origen de la herramienta se basa en la gestión de establecimientos hoteleros y nosotros tenemos apartamentos turisticos, pero flexibilidad de la herramienta hace que la gestión de todos nuestros apartamentos sea muy buena como hemos comentado pero vemos que en las nuevas versiones se tienen en cuenta como los establecimientos hoteleros tradicionales.

Contactar con ellos es muy fácil gracias al chat de soporte que tienen dentro del mismo programa y los artículos de ayuda que tienen son muy fáciles de escribir y seguir.

Pros

La app! Todo el programa es muy completo e intuitivo pero la app es una maravilla, hace rato que hablaban de una actualización de la app y han cumplido

Cons

Haber tardado tanto en encontrarles, antes llevaba todo con excels y diferentes programas que me hacían perder mucho tiempo, era muy manual, controlado y casero pero requería muchísimo tiempo. Por poner algo negativo agregaria que el programa está diseñado para personas que saben de hotelería, si no eres profesional de la hotelería quizás algunas cosas no sean tan intuitivas.

Tienes una gran visual en el Dashboard de todo lo importante, es muy fácil de usar e intuitivo, cualquier error se puede revertir al momento y tienen muy buen soporte.

Cons

Se echan de menos algunas funciones básicas pero normalmente lo propones al equipo de desarrollo y tarde o temprano lo terminan implementando.

Lo mejor que tiene es la simplicidad del programa tanto el planning como en reservas etc. Y como está toda en la nube se puede utilizar a través de diversos dispositivos, móvil tablet pc, sin ningún problema. El servicio de atención al cliente es buenísimo, te atienden con una amabilidad exquisita y con una alta tasa de resolución de problemas o imprevistos

Cons

Quizás se podría mejorar el aspecto de que se pudiera modificar por parte del usuario algunas facetas del programa pero nada importante. en líneas generales el pms está genial

Pros

El cambio de PMS es siempre difícil en un hotel y da miedo. Con Unified y el equipo de Hotelgest tuvimos una transición rápida y cómoda, siempre acompañados. El sistema es intuitivo y cómodo de usar, el equipo se adaptó con mucha facilidad. Poder usar Unified desde cualquier dispositivo desde cualquier sitio nos da mucha flexibilidad.

Cons

A medio plazo sería muy interesante que el Dashboard fuese personalizable, pudiendo ver los KPIs y gráficos que más interesen a cada uno, a la carta. Con "poco" esfuerzo el Dashboard puede ser un Business Intelligence muy útil.

Contentos por haber escogido Hotelgest, sabemos que llegará a ser un producto totalmente completo y eficiente, quizás la referencia. Ayudaremos en lo que podamos desde nuestra visión de usuario. Nos gusta la predisposición del equipo a recibir sugerencias para mejorar el producto.

Pros

Sistema en crecimiento y mejora constante que unifica muchas tareas en una sola plataforma. Apostamos por Hotelgest y creemos que es apuesta ganadora, nos permite la mayor parte de la gestión en una sola plataforma. Equipo implicado con ganas de seguir mejorando el producto. Que puedo integrar algunas funciones de mi sistema domótico y esperamos que más cosas en el futuro.

Cons

Aún hay algunas partes en que el manejo difiere del resto de Hotelgest, empeorando usabilidad. Algunas cosas básicas necesitan ser resueltas más rápidamente, como usuarios preferimos que funcione a la perfección lo que tenemos antes de una nueva funcionalidad que aún no sabemos que necesitamos.
