Compatible with mobile ,especially iOS . It is easy to use and probably the most security oriented option you can find on the market .

Cons

The speed in which large files are uploaded is less than ideal .

It's free (to me anyhow) and it does the job. Nice interface and easy to use.

Cons

Not much. It's like a free drive online and it works.

Pros

I like the number of systems you can integrate into the software, and the data tracking for user access.

Cons

Cost is expensive compared to other combine software. Sharefile for desktop is flaky and constantly prompting for credentials that are confusing for non technical users. Tech support is awful, it took over 3 days to get a return call and when scheduling calls and emails the techs go MIA.

What I appreciate most about ShareFile is that I am able to share documents and files with other law firms, and all of the information remains secure. It is very simple to use.

It doesn't work. There's no way to find out why it doesn't work. No one responds to Customer Support requests. Can't find the Industry Partners touted. Expensive.

However, I don’t know if it’s our system but it crashes frequently, it doesn’t load , not user friendly, locks out.
