I noticed a couple bugs and had some hiccups and after reaching out they fixed everything in a blink of an eye. Highly recommend. Cons It took a little while to get everything set up for my needs but that was no big deal at all. My audience has never been so happy about the transition outside our normal facebook community. Pros The best part of Genesiv is that you can completely customize whatever your clients need to have a more immersed experience in your brand. Their gamification simplicity and their customer support are one of the most admired aspects of the platform. Ease of use, and being able to set the entire community up in just a matter of hours - which is one reason why I transferred to Genesiv in a snap. Cons It's still being developed. More things still need to be done and improved. It would be unfair for me to leave a review for something that is clearly still inside the roadmap. I have been excited and happy with all the features and all the upgrades that are rolling out. Pros Almost all of the features and customization tools are intuitive and easy to navigate. I love that I was able to create my own "world" with my own branding and integrate my course seamlessly in. Cons This is a new platform and there are "bugs/glitches" from time to time, however, my "con" is also a pro, in that the team listens to my concerns and quickly makes the needed adjustment and fixes. Reasons for choosing Returning.AI I like getting in on products in their early stages and growing with them. As a creator and starter myself, there is something about being in on the early stages of something and betting that they become the best and knowing you took the chance on them. They communicate in there chat or email and it's prompt, even on holidays. Pros As a new user I love the ease of setting it up. There is a step by step process with short 45 sec or less video tutorial. The custome service has been outstanding. Cons So far the only con is my lack of understanding how these communities work since I personally don't use rhe space. I purchased for business. But all basics and advanced stuff is there to get started with a community. Coming from discord you might miss a few things. I love that you can customize everything under the sun. Colours (literally every colour in the palette and not those presets), fonts, dark theme, light theme, gamification and the list goes on.
