Se ayuda a tener un servicio de calidad a la banca, ayudando a tener un control sobre sus activos y tener a la mano los informes al momento de tener que buscar alguno en especifico.

Ayuda a visualizar rapidamente los informes de los activos, de tal modo se genera un control sobre el equipo y el personal tecnico, ayudando en las siguientes gestiones para verificar los trabajos previos que fueron realizados.

Cons

Es un poco complicado encontrar el historial de un activo, o en su defecto no se sincroniza las intervenciones previas realizadas.

De forma personal me ha ayudado a gestionar información de contratos importantes de activos UPS a nivel nacional donde se ha manejado mucha información ya que son contratos con muchos activos y mucha información de mantenimiento

Pros

El uso del CMMShere ha facilitado la forma de gestionar el personal técnico a cargo para los trabajos de mantenimiento, también es muy útil tener la información sobre todos los activos siempre a la mano y manos del técnico que realizo el servicio de mantenimiento.

Cons

me gustaria que el proceso de crear activo sea mas fácil cuando se lo hace desde la plantilla de importación de Excel.

Se soluciona varios problemas como tener a la mano los informes y el historial de funcionamiento de cada equipo al momento de la intervención, la ventaja es que con el uso del CMMS se tiene acceso a estos datos.

Pros

Las funciones impactantes es que se tiene el registro de los informes de servicio al instante, es muy fácil el uso del producto, sencilla la aplicación a los diferentes procesos con el procedimiento adecuado.

Cons

Se debe mejorar en la presentación de informes después del llenado del informe al CMMS, no se tiene aspectos complicados en el uso del producto, fácil integración del producto a las funciones de la empresa.
