Pretty good, needs some improvements, helps a lot with the schedule.

Pros

Easy to post shift & almost always find coverage

Cons

\-No staffing really for last minute call outs -Cannot typically replace staff when agency calls out -I have to contact each agency to receive credentials & photo ID before considering for shift

Very positive experience so far. The team is great and they’re constantly rolling out new features. Customer service is awesome very hands on and there to help.

Pros

Ease of use with posting open shifts and having go out to internal staff. Then registry companies, workflow is easy efficient and friendly.

Cons

Adding the ability to message could be a useful feature and also push certain shift to specific staff like on calls. Also in future an all in one scheduling system for internal employees
