ツール自体の使い勝手はシンプルです。導入してしまえば、メンテナンスフリーといっても過言ではないでしょう。webtruの感想とは少しズレますが、3年ごとに見直しが規定されている「個人情報保護法」につき、極めて積極的な企業姿勢を感じます。 ツールとしての優秀性はもちろんのこと、こうした企業姿勢も評価に値すると思います。

Pros

CMPツールとして導入させていただきましたが、ウェブスキミング対策も可能となりコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。導入準備が煩雑ですが、サポートが素晴らしく迷うことはありませんでした。

Cons

ウィジェット内のフォントサイズを管理画面で自由にカスタマイズできると助かります。

国産で信用できるサービスであることが最大のポイント。 導入設定も迷う項目などもなく、手厚いサポートのおかげで思った通りの設定でスムーズな導入ができた。

Cons

契約するドメイン数に比例する料金体系になっているが、ドメイン数が増えるにつれての割引されるような、ボリュームディスカウントがあれば嬉しい。

法務からすぐに導入を求められ、一度ご相談していたwebtruの導入を行いました。 導入も簡単で、すぐに導入できました。 なにより、月々の費用も安い

Cons

メジャーな送信先であれば登録があるものの、マイナーな送信先は登録がないので 依頼が必要です。 すぐにご対応いただけるので問題ないですが、自分でもできるといいなと思います。
