Depuis que nous avons adopté Simple CRM, notre manière de travailler a radicalement changé. C’est de loin le meilleur logiciel CRM, et pour cause : sa puissante intelligence artificielle intégrée nous fait gagner un temps précieux chaque jour. HaPPi, son assistant IA proactif, est devenu un véritable copilote. Fini les tâches chronophages : tout est fluide, intelligent… et surtout humain dans l’approche. Ce que j’apprécie tout particulièrement, c’est que Simple CRM a été conçu avec une vraie compréhension des réalités du terrain. Il est simple, rapide, 100 % conforme aux exigences RGPD, et on sent que l’outil a été pensé pour nous soulager, pas pour nous compliquer la vie.

Pros

C’est un logiciel de gestion de la relation client qui dispose de nombreuses fonctionnalités. Il est destiné aux grandes entreprises, aux TPE, …. Dans ces fonctionnalités, on retrouve la vente des produits, les achats, le télétravail et la gestion des projets.

Cons

Je trouve qu’elle a beaucoup trop de fonctionnalités, ce qui pourrait amener à ne pas facilement maîtriser le logiciel.
