Pros If I had to pick one feature or function I liked the most about Herd it would have to be the customer service. From my first email reaching out to the company, I have always felt like a priority to them and I have always been treated fair and quickly. Cons The mobile app on my phone is really easy to understand and use so training people on how to use the app wasn't really needed. that is usually something I struggle with when using technologies in our school. So as of now I have had no Cons.
