Pros
"Robert Bost review for Herd"
Overall: I Love the app and I have only "Herd" good thing from our parents and teachers about their experiences.
Pros: If I had to pick one feature or function I liked the most about Herd it would have to be the customer service. From my first email reaching out to the company, I have always felt like a priority to them and I have always been treated fair and quickly.
Cons: The mobile app on my phone is really easy to understand and use so training people on how to use the app wasn't really needed. that is usually something I struggle with when using technologies in our school. So as of now I have had no Cons.
"Replaced annoying group texts for Coach/Team communication "
Overall: Has been a great replacement to our previous email list/group chat way of doing things
Pros: It is one single app that everyone on the team can use instead of going through email lists or group chats.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to personalize push notification settings.
