Before I was having to use 5 different apps to communicate with my children's teachers, but with Herd all messaging is in one secure place where it's so simple to quickly interact with teachers when needed. Pros Herd finally gives me the chance to keep all my kids updates and info in one single place. All teacher communication is easy to access and respond to when needed. Cons None at all! Herd has been a breeze, and is so easy to set up! Pros If I had to pick one feature or function I liked the most about Herd it would have to be the customer service. From my first email reaching out to the company, I have always felt like a priority to them and I have always been treated fair and quickly. Cons The mobile app on my phone is really easy to understand and use so training people on how to use the app wasn't really needed. that is usually something I struggle with when using technologies in our school. So as of now I have had no Cons. They are always very nice and they reply very fast. Cons I do not have any serious Cons at the time, but I would like to see a feature that allows me to change the color of my app. I did ask if that was something I could do in a meeting with the Tech Support and they told me they were working on that function right now.
