But I think they need to work on the training more. Can be more hand-held with us. Or they might be afraid of occupying too much of our time. But I think it is really a journey especially for implementing a new system, it is ok to give our colleagues more training. Pros I like Aratum team as their customer service is prompt and their solution is customized. I don't have to change my work flow to match some rigid systems, rather, they listen to my needs and adapt. Cons I think the product is quite mature especially for the warehouse management system. I look forward to more powerful features. I will need to pay a lot and wait long for development for SAP. It has been able to connect effortlessly with our existing ERP system, CRM, and other software.Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping us make the most of the system. They've been there every step of the way, from initial setup and training to ongoing support and updates. Cons While SAP and Oracle provide structured, programmatic learning pathways, Aratum tailors the training for the customised CMS, it may be less structured comparing to other systems, but it is mainly affecting the on boarding period, the user experience with products is great.
