Pros

Having invoices in one location, sending multiple vendors a quote request with a date/time to accept.

Cons

Invoices can't be searched by unit numbers, invoice paid dates aren't available, change order tab does not work, has to be put in as a quote. Voiding an invoice directly is not available, the vendor has to approve it.

Customer service is always outstanding. Painless to get someone on the phone and solve your issues or concerns.

Pros

This product is Easy to use and very user friendly.

Cons

I would like to be able to tag people in the "Conversation History". I feel communication would be easier and much quicker. Time is crucial, we lose time waiting for a response.
