Cons I would love to see prettier PDF reports, it's on the roadmap, and hopefully, they will be improved soon. I see accurate data of what has been worked on, by whom, how much.. I can see timelines of our actions, I can see reports grouped by member or a card or project. It's priceless. Pros What I love most about Assista is that it is fully integrated with our company workflow inside Trello. I don't need to start or stop buttons like other time trackers, or enter my tasks manually. Assista knows when I or my colleagues start working on any task and assigns times properly by simply looking at our actions in Trello. I don't know any other time-tracking software that does this. Cons That we didn't implement it sooner in our workflow :) Switched from [Toggl Track](https://www.capterra.com/p/247745/Toggl/) I had to manually enter my tasks every time. I also often forgot to stop my timers. With Assista that's not an issue.
