Pros Monday strongest features are its adaptability to your business environment. It allows the creation of boards specific to the way you and your team needs them setup. this includes customizing tasks, processes, inputting of data, etc. Further, it allows for a manager to have a broad overview of the tasks on the go and what is required to complete them. Cons A bit of a learning curve in the initial setup, and you need a strong team to implement at an operational level (i.e. what to include, monitor, etc.). Review Source Olivier Josh C. The interface is a top notch feature that guarantees easy familiarity on various tools. Pros The application features great insight on a specific project and relate it to the company's performance. Advanced customization including dates, status, and appointments of tasks and monitor particular actions that user may do. Heavily relies on active collaboration among team members, which is a great plus. Cons Automating a calendar invite to an e-mail, making an entry on the board as well as putting a deadline on it can be a feature that can be included in an update, perhaps. With it I follow up on my individual work or with my team, also informs the person in charge of the task and can share the boards, which allows us to be aware of the processes and we can track them. In addition, organize your activities, which allows you to have your slopes up to date. Pros It is an excellent work manager, I love that you notify with notifications and mailbox messages, it also allows you to filter the way you receive them. The information is presented clearly and is easy to use, very intuitive and fun, has many features that make it a unique app. The functions of the dashboards are an excellent way to have all the control in a big screen, personally I love it! Cons I have nothing to say against the application. Pros The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com . It creates a seamless integration. I never expected to put the functionality of project management and kanban management together. It was easy to create tasks and move things just by drag and drop. Pros It was easy to create tasks and project. With just a drag and drop and you can already arrange your tasks. Cons It is a bit expensive to go enterprise and integrate with our SSO. Manager Used the software for: ### "Great, super versatile app that enhanced the way we work more then we could've imagined" May 28, 2015 5.0 We've been using monday.com for over a year now and it has been such a tremendous enhancement in our workflow. We're using it kind of in a creative way and the monday.com team really helped us to think along with the challenges we we're looking at in the early stage of our business in parts of internal and external communication. Later on, we've asked them to change and enhance some parts of the software and they did! This is the best part of monday.com, the team never stops enhancing it's product and puts all the user feedback into new tools and features without over-complicating the tool. Think as if you would have the power en versatility of Facebook in an easy to use UI for both professional internal and external communication. We use it as a follow up tool with our team of trainers, physio, chiropractor, our psychologist and staff members. As I'm writing this review, I'm working out a strategy with one of the monday.com teammembers to use monday.com as the main communication platform for our exhibitioners and presenters for our upcoming www.gettogetherconference.com (conference for movement professionals). This is a no brainer: monday.com is value for money and a top-notch tool for enhancing the internal and external communication of your company. Review Source MM Muriel M. Being able to link boards together make it easy to maneuver through projects Cons I would like to be able to add more participants, even on the individual version. We use it for project management and agile development, as well as meeting agendas, resource references, and more. Our company produces software, and so this is a great tool for scrum and agile development. In addition, monday.com is genuinely interested in their user's feedback and work continuously to make the product better. Earlier today I was asked by their support team what feature, if any I would like to see in the platform, and wouldn't you know it they are already working on the feature I had requested (apparently it was a popular request)! Over all, I could not be more pleased. Pros Simple, intuitive, multi-purpose. Cons More complex projects or agendas are not as easily managed, however there may be improvements to this aspect in the near future. Review Source AP Anastasia P. Meets my needs to organize my work and keep it flexible and transparent. Pros Very good tool for team-work. Team members can put their own notes about status of every task and all team can see where the project is for now. So you have visually organized project management what is interesting. Our team loves to reuse template, drag and drop tasks when things need to recorded and staying on top of each other's work load. It provides the perfect balance of high level status for executives and low level details for engineering and PMs. Pros It is easy to use and the customer support team is great. Use what features you want, and throw the rest away. Want points? You got em. Want a bug-board? Customize it for it's own root cause column. Everyone has their own quirks to agile/scrum/kanban - monday.com has thus far been able to accommodate mine. It makes you feel like you invented a new form of agile with the flexibility of its boards. Two things that may be deal breakers: - No push events on boards (as of Apr 2017). - You can't say its name without sounding dumb. "Customer Support" category 5/5 due to never needing it. July 2, 2018 5.0 Minimally invasive project planning and tracking. There is almost no overhead to keeping tasks up to date or to adding tasks to the backlog. The tool helps you do your job, maintaining it doesn't become a full time job of its own. Pros It's a piece of cake to learn and use. It is very intuitive and minimizes the amount of time you spend tracking work and backlog. It has enough features that I can do everything I need to but doesn't have crowded complex user interfaces. Overall a great tool. Cons The only thing that I can think of that's it's missing is some graphical representations of progress. Review Source MT Manoel T. Used the software for: ### "monday.com offers a refreshing, intuitive and mold breaking way of managing projects" November 24, 2016 5.0 Sure there is a place for Gantt charts and complex connections between preceding and succeeding tasks such as found in most project management programs. But we found there was a gap and need for a simpler and more intuitive ecosystem geared to collaboration and management of daily and weekly tasks. And we found monday.com to be an elegant and flexible solution for this.
