Pros

I like that the product is really easy to self-administrate (I am NOT a developer) and set up. Also when running events I like that users can interact with each other in a way that is impossible on other streaming platforms. Most often you'll find a simple chat feed and that's about it. I think that is one of Univid's biggest strengths, the interaction with and between the viewers. Then I can't write a review of this company without mentioning the stellar support they offer, I can't think of many other companies that are so in tune with their users and offer to help with anything that a stressed out user like myself needs help with.

Cons

The only thing I am missing is the ability to add overlays and on-screen graphics. but apart from that there isn't much that I can think of.

Great experience, it has been a good experience!

Pros

The UX and UI, it looks great and it have tools that increases the engagement.

Cons

Nothing to think of at the moment. The people at Univid is engaged and helpful.
