I like that I can keep track of who I've been in contact with, who has converted into a customer, and that I can log information into my client's profile.

Sometimes it feels like duplicate leads are not caught if they have the same number and name but different email.

It is a simple and user-friendly platform that offers all the features I need to run a business. I can keep track of leads, contacts and any companies I work with and they do a great job at keeping things organized and separated compared to most CRM.

Cons

Nothing stands out that I don't like as it has helped my business operations.

All the task work well together and are needed to keep our business running smoothly. We honestly couldn't do what we do without it!

I think there are still a few kinks that need to be worked out, but overall the product works really well.

Pros

As someone trying my best to keep up with how fast technology is progressing, but by no means a computer expert, I was relieved to find Ambivo. Ambivo has been helpful to our company since it is a CRM created with the user in mind. So often technology can feel complicated and CRM functions can seem difficult to understand but this is a straightforward CRM that anyone can learn and master very quickly. The organization and streamlined functions are designed to keep leads and clients organized and track their progress through marketing and analytics. These simple tools are helpful to keep our team organized and accountable and provide intuitive and simple lead-tracking systems during the generation and subsequent life of each lead and client. The customer life cycle is tracked from start to finish and tools are provided to easily reference the analytics over time. Using Ambivo is like having a part-time assistant for our company. It helps to keep our company organized and focused and leaves our sales team with more time to do what they love which is meeting new clients and making sales!

Cons

Ambivo doesn't have some of the generic bells and whistles of some larger CRM companies but in my opinion that can be a pro as well. The features it does have are tailored for the individual companies that subscribe to use it.

Lauren, Thank you so much for your review! In regards to seeing company leads you will only see other leads if they are in the "Open" status. Reason for this is if the lead is not claimed and status changed it allows sales agents to reach out if there is no update or contact with the lead.
