CEO Media Production Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Werx Works" March 8, 2026 5.0 My experience with Werx has been very positive. It has helped keep our projects organized, simplified billing, and given us better visibility into job costs and progress. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and different tools, everything is centralized and easy to track. The software is powerful without feeling overly complicated, which is a big plus for busy contractors. It’s definitely made our day-to-day operations more efficient, and I’d happily recommend it to professionals looking for a practical project and financial management solution. Assistant knew how to use it and we've modified for another off-label use. Pros The time tracking and ability for field teams to log hours directly into projects is another huge win. Overall, it feels like the platform was built with real contractors in mind, not just software developers guessing what is needed Cons Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. The platform is pretty intuitive, but like any new system there’s a small learning curve while you get everything set up the first time. Once things are configured though, it runs smoothly. Pros Werx is by far the best value for the money. It is easy to use, easy to understand, and very intuitive. The ramp up from sign up to usage is very short. The AIA Pay Applications alone are worth what the rest of it costs per month. Cons Would like a scheduling app and integration with Xero. Also auto numbering for RFI's PO's and Submittals would be nice. He seemed to enjoy that it was easy to use. Cons There wasn't much he didn't like about Werx. I’m really happy with how it’s improved our operations and would recommend it to other businesses looking to streamline their work. Pros Clean and simple to use, with features that fit fabrication workflows well. Makes quoting, scheduling, and tracking jobs much quicker. Cons Could use more customization options overall, especially in the estimate-building area where additional formatting tools, layout flexibility, and style options would help tailor quotes to different clients and project types. It is truly a user-friendly app that is straight to the point. For projects that are $500.00 to $5,000,00.00, this App has it all covered. Once I started using Werx, I canceled the other programs that I was using because this app covers it all. Pros This Program is very user-friendly and a real time saver. Out of all the programs that I've used over the years, this app has been the most useful and easiest to navigate. Cons At this time, I do not have any cons to the program. Switched from [QuickBooks Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/190778/QuickBooks-Online/) Because Quickbooks is not geared for a smaller contractor sending out multiple bids per day. Pros Software is Easy to use and maintain projects. We like the AIA/Progress invoicing and Change Order Features. Time Tracking is also great to see real time. Cons Program has little issues and works great... By far this is one of the best Sofware's i have ever use Pros Everything. From Being able to access from my mobile device to having to be able to see a map showing the location of the project information side bar. Cons I dont think there is something i don't like. Office Manager Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Office Manager " March 17, 2025 5.0 Our office staff has enjoyed this system because it is so user friendly. We did not have time to endure a large learning curve when we made the switch to a new software. Also, the COST of the product has been a huge plus, and one of the reasons we implemented this software into our office. The features you get for the price is unbeatable! Pros It is extremely east to use! When introducing this software to our office staff, we had a very little learning curve. Everyone was able to catch on to the software quickly due to the easy streamline system this software provides. Switching to a new software is always a process an office staff dreads, but I can assure that this software is not like others. Within a week of using this software, our office staff was running day to day operations as normal (I would say even better due to the features this software provides that we lacked on previous software). Cons Not being able to mark a change order as "void" and being able to track approved Change Orders with Voided Change orders. We like to keep all change orders we generate on jobs for future reference or in the case of the General Contractor later wants to perform the work they once voided. We get asked for a lot of cost budgets from the GC for extra work so having a Void option on change orders would be AMAZING. Review Source MN Mario N. The real-time updates between the field and office improve communication and help keep projects on track. It has also saved a lot of time. Pros What I like most about WerxApp is how it simplifies workforce and project management by keeping everything in one place. The ability to schedule crews, track hours, and manage compliance documents all from a single platform makes daily operations much smoother. Cons Mobile functionality is useful but can sometimes be glitchy, especially when syncing offline work back into the system. Customer support is responsive, but resolution times for technical issues could be quicker. Review Source VR Veronica R. March 25, 2025 5.0 This app definitely offers flexibility with creating billable items in our projects throughout the duration and we love the quickbooks integration! Construction accounting and construction estimating makes the process a breeze. This app really helps increase cash flow throughout the entire project's timeline with it's AIA-style billing, progress billing, even tracking change orders. Customer service is amazing and all the services you get for one low price just can't be beat. Highly recommend, the app is truly user friendly! Office Administrator Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Fineline Electric WERX REVIEW" March 29, 2024 5.0 Pros What I like most about Werx is that as an Office Administrator I am able to access any Employee User and reset passwords when needed. Time Tracking on Werx is very easy for my team, they can easily type in what project their hours are going to, input the time and save. Werx also allows me to pull up any summary/report of timesheets. Cons At this moment I haven't had any problems with Werx.
