## What is Kerika?

Kerika is the only task management tool that works seamlessly with Google Apps, Office 365, and Box: this means your project files are always stored in your own cloud service, where they remain under your ownership and control. Your IT folks will love that, because it means automatic enforcement of your company’s policies for document management. Kerika is the only tool that lets you have an unlimited number of Task Boards, for working Kanban-style or Scrum-style, and Whiteboards, for doing ideation and brainstorming. Kerika is also the only task management tool that was designed specifically for remote, distributed, and hybrid teams. Due dates, for example, are automatically shown in each user’s local time zone, so there’s no longer any confusion about what exactly “end of today” means. My overall experience using Kerika has been exceptionally positive. As someone who has tried various task management tools in the past, I found Kerika to be incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. Unlike other tools that require a significant time investment to onboard clients, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could introduce my clients to Kerika's workflow. In most cases, I was able to successfully onboard my clients in just one meeting, which significantly expedited the process and saved valuable time.One standout feature of Kerika is its visitor access functionality, which is completely free. Unlike other task management tools that charge for visitor access, Kerika allows me to add visitors to my projects without incurring any additional costs. This not only saves me money but also facilitates seamless collaboration with clients, stakeholders, or external partners without any barriers.Another advantage of using Kerika is its integration with personal Google Drive accounts. All the documents and spreadsheets I create within Kerika are automatically stored in my personal Google Drive, providing a centralized and easily accessible location for all my files. This integration ensures that my data remains organized and readily available, further enhancing my workflow efficiency.Throughout my experience with Kerika, I have not encountered any significant drawbacks or issues worth complaining about.

Pros

I have used many task management tools and this one I found to be very user-friendly. I usually have to invest a lot of time onboarding my clients to a task management tool, but Kerika made it very easy. I am usually able to onboard my clients to the new workflow pretty much in one meeting.I like how adding visitors is completely free. Unlike other tools where visitor access is chargeable. This helps me save a few bucks. All the Docs and spreadsheets I create stay in my personal Google Drive account.

Cons

I haven't found anything to complain about so far.
