I currently have around 150 clients, and the platform has helped me improve many important aspects of my business. Communication is always quick, and the support team is super helpful. I’ve also noticed great progress on the platform itself — the Zenamu team keeps improving it and adding new features all the time. It’s clear they really listen to users’ needs. I highly recommend Zenamu to anyone who wants to keep their courses or workshops organized, clear, and easy to manage — both for clients and for themselves. Pros What I like most about Zenamu is how easy it makes managing my courses and communicating with my clients. Everything is clear, organized, and user-friendly and the support team is always there to help. Cons I just miss the option to send a short message when cancelling a lesson, but I know the team is already working on improving that. Zenamu has made class management and bookings so much easier for both me and my students. The system is reliable, the features are growing all the time, and the customer service team is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s been a great addition to running my studio. Pros I’ve been really happy using Zenamu for my dance studio. It’s made it so much easier for students to book classes online, and I love that new features keep coming out regularly - especially the membership options and the Meta Pixel integration to track how our marketing is performing. Their customer service is also excellent, always happy to help with any questions and super quick to respond. Great system and team! Cons It’s still a relatively new system, so integrations with other platforms are limited at the moment - but the team is actively working on expanding these. I have my classes scheduled and my clients are able to sign up easily. Pros The system is easy to use. The directions are easy to follow if you have questions about getting set up. The free version is excellent if you are just starting a business and you can add on as your business grows. Cons I wish Zenamu offered more options to accept payment online. From the demo period, to the personalized demonstration tour to the signing up for a paid subscription. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and thoroughly. The entire team at Zenamu is responsive, communicative and supportive of their customers. Pros I love that Zenamu does everything that a yoga studio scheduling software should. It is easy to use, customizable, flexible and you get a lot of value for the cost of the subscription. The Zenamu dashboard is intuitive to use, it is perfect for any size yoga studio to use. You can get up and running with a online class schedule published in just a few minutes. Cons I can't find anything to dislike! Customer service is spot on! I hear that Zenamu will be enabling recurring membership options very soon which will answer my one outstanding request. Switched from [Mindbody](https://www.capterra.com/p/40229/MINDBODY/) Mindbodyonline (MBO) is massively expensive and there are not the same level of tiered options as Zenamu. The first hurdle of entry with MBO is so expensive and comes with so many features that a small yoga studio will never use. You end up paying for so many things in MBO that are unnecessary. This approach gives us great confidence that, with the system we choose, we can truly solve even our edge use cases.
