Pros

rakumo Boardは以下の点で優れていた。　・画面がわかりやすく、初めての人でも操作可能　・メール通知機能で投稿した内容をメールで周知できる。また、送信先も都度変更可能　・投稿予約機能で情報公開日に自動投稿が可能

Cons

投稿にファイルを添付する場合はGoogleドライブ経由となるため直接rakumoボードに添付できるとよい。また、Googleドライブにアップロードする画面が表示されないことがあり、ブラウザのキャッシュ削除などが必要な場合がある。

簡易掲示板としての利用がメインで、コミュニケーションツールとしては、利用しにくい

Pros

GoogleWORKSpaceがプラットフォームの当社としては導入は比較的簡単であった

Cons

ボードの作成について、機能が少ない閲覧可能者を任意で選べないボードの色が決まっているフォントも選べない添付ファイルの種類が限定されているテンプレートが残せない（共有・個人）

編集を重ねると、メール通知した際、最終的にメール上の文字の大小がバラバラに見える点。

画面も見やすく、多少トレーニングをすれば、使えるようになるツールだと思います。

Pros

Googleアカウントと連携できる為、グーグルで作成したグループをそのまま連携出来るため、2度手間が省ける。

Cons

既読が既読ボタンを各ユーザーに押してもらう必要があり、押してもらえない。

部署内でのコミュニケーションツールとして使っている場合もあれば会社全体へ向けての案内する場として使っている場合もあり人によって様々な活用ができている。また、機能のアップデートなども実施される為、途中から複写機能も使えるようになった事で非常に便利になった。

Pros

新入社員が入ってきた際、これまではメールを転送していたがrakumoボードの場所を案内するだけでまとめて確認してもらえるようになった点

Cons

利用部署が増えてきた為、使えるボードの色が不足してきた。色を自作できるようにするか背景を変更できるようにするなどバリエーションを増やして欲しい。あとは、代理で投稿する事があるので誰の代理がわかるようにもしくは承認を得て依頼者が投稿者としてアップできるようになれば嬉しい。

Pros

これまでグループチャットを使用していたが、重要な投稿がすぐ埋もれてしまっていた。rakumoボードはボードリストで分けることにより必要な情報にアクセスしやすい。観覧ポストも便利。

Cons

アプリがあればなお便利。ワークフロー機能との連携が欲しい。例クレーム対応のワークフローが社内で承認、その対応結果や恒久対策等をそのままボードでお知らせできるなど。添付データにpdfを使用できるようにして欲しい。
