The platform is genuinely user-friendly and ran reliably for us, staying stable with very few bugs along the way. We were also able to use custom templates and bring in our own designs from our designers, which gave us the flexibility we needed without fighting the system. The site itself loads fast, and that speed showed in how much our end customers enjoyed using it. On top of that, the customer support team stood out: quick replies and, more importantly, an actual resolution every time we reached out. That combination of a smooth product and responsive people made the whole experience a pleasure. Cons Honestly, there wasn't anything we disliked. The platform did everything we needed it to, and whenever a question came up, support handled it quickly. We don't have any real complaints. It feels like a long-term partnership rather than just using a software product. Pros What I like most is the backend, especially the product management and PIM. We really liked the swift and personal support of the staff, who are based within the EU. Pros We operate a large catalogue of products with multiple possible suppliers per product. What really attracted us to the platform was the built-in ability to set multiple suppliers per product and the built-in logic for choosing the right supplier when the purchase is made or the product is shown. What helped us a lot as well is the ability to set product specifications template for each category containing similar products. This way we can easily format different specifications into a unified format. There's even an AI function that does the job for you, which saves us a lot of time and effort. Also, the built-in designer, when compared to another platform, is easiest for our non-technical team to use. Cons We had a couple issues with API uploading, but that was resolved swiftly by their team. It was regarding our specific use case, so I suppose that was the reason behind it. The team was highly responsive and attentive, ensuring our needs were fully understood and addressed. We integrated the store with the ERP system as well, and this reduced our workload and optimised sales process. Pros I liked the ease of use for every day people. The pricing of the product is great as the features that are available in the plan give you really good return on investment. We used the CSV import tool a lot as it is a great option to import a lot of product information in a store. Cons The feature for building advanced product customization (product variants, options) is really good but in more complex products some customization is necessary that is harder to complete.
