Every conversation and workflow with them has been a very enjoyable one. As an entrepreneur, I like the way the team is run too. Pros The amazingly helpful team. They are literally a call away as the Calendly links of the customer support manager and other relevant folks are available on chat. They are well-prepared and get things done! Cons Not much really. The best part about Inkle for us is the complete visibility of all our upcoming compliances, why they are required, when they are due etc.2. Easy chat interface with timely reminders for things that are required from us.3. Great team, who take care of things proactively and do not require any mental bandwidth on our front. They are always there to advise/guide us with respect to any questions that we may have.4. Easy way for us to provide any information that we need to give to them through the step by step forms that they have got for each compliance. These forms are also auto filled for most of the things based on our existing information & bank account integrations etc., we just have to review those and confirm. Cons Nothing really. The experience has been great overall. Reason for choosing Inkle We really liked the idea of having a product that gives us the visibility of all compliances & makes it easy for us to manage all of that compared to opaque, traditional processes followed by the agencies. Moreover, the team has fostered a sense of trust in their accounting and bookkeeping services, and I can confidently state that the founders genuinely care about the problem and their customers. Cons Occasionally, I harbor concerns about the inability to contact the team directly by phone in urgent situations. Nevertheless, despite Inkle's chat-based system, I have never encountered any significant delays in their responses. As a result, my apprehensions have yet to materialize.
