Pros The ease of use and the overall UI UX of it has a certain familiarity that you get when you navigate and interact with it throughout the day. Cons None so far. It doesn't suffer any connectivity issues, login/logout procedure and leave filing is smooth as well. Cons Well, sometimes in the past, I experienced the delay of receiving a code from KAMI for me to log in, and I think that is one of the least I liked about KAMI, but the rest is awesome. Nothing too much of a hassle to call it a bad experience but there are definitely some things that can be improved on. Pros It's very easy to use when it comes to logging in and logging out. Filing whole day leaves is also easy as well. Cons Several things though. Filing for half day leaves is difficult for us who are in the graveyard shift. Filing for holiday shift or rest days (for us who do not have work on US holidays) tend to be confusing at times but it just needs getting used to. While I love that they send the payslip before payday, I'm not too much of a fan that we need to access it thru the email first rather than just immediately logging in to KAMI.
