I’ve enjoyed using KAMI Workforce so far. It has many of the features I’ve been looking for to manage scheduling, time tracking, and team attendance. Overall, the experience has been smooth, intuitive, and easy to adopt for our team.

Pros

What I liked most about KAMI Workforce was how smooth and organized the onboarding process was. Getting started was straightforward, and the system made it easy to understand how to manage schedules, time tracking, and team attendance from the beginning. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take long to learn where everything was. I also appreciated how quickly our team was able to start using it without a complicated setup. The onboarding experience felt well thought out and efficient, which made the transition much easier for everyone. What we appreciated most about KAMI Workforce is how it centralizes time tracking, attendance, overtime approvals, and time adjustments into one platform. KAMI streamlined this process by automatically consolidating employee work hours and maintaining a clear record of attendance data. Having a structured clock-in and clock-out system allows leadership to easily monitor attendance patterns, manage overtime approvals, and review amendment requests in a transparent way. When we first found out about KAMI Workforce, we didn't know much about it, but when it was presented, we became interested and wanted to know in as much detail as possible what features were there, and finally we decided to use it.

Pros

This application has wide access, many features, is customizable, and easy to understand and also has many very useful features.

There are no other security features other than facial scanning, if the cellphone camera is damaged,

Overall it was insightful and detailed yet simple. Support lines are very responsive, system's learning curve is not too steep, and provides huge relief towards manpower allocation relative to attendance and payroll management.

User-friendly UI, offline capabilities, system responsiveness, clear separation of access levels, ease of access.

Cons

Very confusing to navigate with several areas with some terms looking too similar. Interaction areas are also a bit confusing to find specially settings for each module such as attendance, positions, and people setting.

On a scale of 10 - 9/10. My only regret is we started late. Should've gotten KAMI sooner. I spent hours during cut off period to ensure that we have the right data for time keeping and payroll. The time I spend has been reduced by 80%

KAMI is the most economical timekeeping, HRIS and payroll solution out there. Its a simple, no nonsense all around solution which is super useful for startups like us.

Cons

There is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of managing the system, youll learn that its very intuitive.

Overall, the experience with KAMI has been positive especially because of the customer support. Although there are features that do not work seamlessly as demo'd, the solutions we have found have been adequate. My hope is that KAMI continues to invest in after-sale support, whether in terms of their representatives liaising with clients OR even just continuing to improve the platform's features and its functionality.

Pros

Customer Support. Their onboarding and training team have been very helpful throughout the entire process. They also remain accountable, providing effective solutions within a healthy timeline.

Cons

Bug and Issues. There have been some bugs and issues in terms of deployment and implementation. Thankfully we've found workarounds c/o KAMI representatives, but it is not as seamless as I hoped. Without the initiative from our account representatives, these bugs and issues would have been a significant deal breaker.

At first it was challenging but when I got used to it, everything went smoothly. I even share my learnings to my other colleague.

Pros

What I like most about KAMI is that it can track my location and it has face recognition. Its easy to use since its downloadable in our mobiles.

Cons

What I like least about KAMI is that we cannot file a VL if not within 3 days or after the leave took effect

Kami is easy to use, The interface is clean, intuitive, and highly navigable, which allows me to quickly time-in/time-out without getting bogged down in complicated menus or lengthy tutorials.

Pros

The single best feature of this platform is how incredibly easy to use and user-friendly it is. For my daily use, this is a total game-changer.

Cons

Kami is almost perfect but need to fix /enhance calendar when filing OT or double shift. Especially when there's an overlapping schedule for us as an support who often works double shift

Reliability, Fast and Responsive. It is the most UI friendly time keeping website I have used within my work backgrounds.

It logs out after a couple of minutes. It was not like that before, but there may be some updates and it kicks you out after 10mins I think

KAMI Workforce’s HR platform is very useful. It’s packed with useful features and offers solid value for the price—making it a smart choice for businesses that want to simplify and streamline their HR processes.

Pros

Includes clock-in/out features, mobile and online time tracking, and automatic time capture. Tracks absences, sick leaves, overtime, and vacation requests with real-time updates.

Cons

Limited customization in some areas. Navigation could be improved for better user experience. Some users report difficulty navigating the platform, especially on dual screens or when scrolling through time logs.

Here's my overall experience with KAMI: - User-Friendly Interface is SUPERB versus previous timekeeping systems that I experienced for companies I've worked for. - Easier to plot schedules, simple clock in and clock out and it's available from the mobile app. - Most features are just one or two clicks away which I am amazed for people like me that value time.

Pros

As an IT support professional, I find KAMI Workforce to be a reliable and user-friendly timekeeping system. The mobile app makes it easy for employees to clock in and out from anywhere, which is great for flexibility.

Cons

Occasionally experiencing slow loading times but it's understandable as I would need to refresh my browser.

I mostly use it for time tracking and it's always been direct and easy to use. The are multiple times that OTP takes few mins to be sent but other than that, never really had major issue in the app.

Pros

I use it daily for time tracking and never really have any problems even when we just migrated since it is easy to learn and navigate.

Cons

The quick expire to login session could be better. I use to stay logged in for days but now it only last for hours. Also, there's no option for Dark Mode which is not a big deal but would be a good feature to have.
