### "Kople is Perfect Match for Small Non-profit"

It's been great! The developers are wonderful to work with, they are knowledgeable and respond in a timely way to questions. I was able to work in a "training" environment to get the hang of it and figure out some customizations before starting to import data into the LIVE environment. And this is all at the FREE tier level!

Pros

Easy of use, excellent customer service, customizable by the users, simple interface for both entering and managing data as well as for customizing processes / fields / forms.

Cons

Having to pay for reports! The reporting functionality is the big win for us with Kople. We are going to make it work with our budget.

Reason for choosing Kople

COMPET was way cost prohibitive for us. We are a very small program.

We want to be ready to grow our program and wanted a real DB that would allow us to run more complex reports for funders. Kople also allows us to go all digital, by allowing us to attach scanned docs to client records, which is a huge benefit for our staff, who can now perform all administrative job functions remotely.

Friendly team that helped us along the way. Settup of the system was easy. All in all, it improved our daily working experience. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Pros

\- Easy and self-explanatory - Everything is well organised - Easy access to statistics and filtered lists - Upload function for documents of specific members and possibility to directly contact the person via Kople - Friendly and helpful Customer support from the first meeting on

Cons

\- I haven't had any negative experiences so far... Maybe the price: cheaper is always better (especially for nonprofits) but it's not "unfair".

Pros

I greatly appreciate the service; I always receive answers for my questions within the same day, if not within a few hours! I particularly value \[sensitive content hidden\]' ability to understand needs and convert these into proposals for new functions or projects.

Cons

Currently, the available functions do not sufficiently cover our needs. Moreover, we have had continuous difficulties with basic functions, such as the call function, which has had a negative impact on the trust in and use of Kople.

Kople is a good product for a visiting service like Activity Friends, as it addresses many challenges, such as data storage and result monitoring, etc. However, there are also pitfalls when involving volunteers (often 65+), who may not be the primary target audience for the program, which seems to have been designed more with paid/professional employees in mind. But as a user of Kople for nearly a year and a half now, it's hard to imagine how our project would run without it.

Pros

1\. Secure storage of sensitive personal data. 2. It's a strength that Kople enables all forms of communication (calls, SMS, and emails) from within the same system, ensuring documentation of everything that has occurred in the dialogue with a registered individual. 3. The system also makes it easy to monitor volunteer users of the system and intervene when necessary.

Cons

1\. The integration between Kople and our CRM system has been challenging and still doesn't work perfectly in some aspects - but I'm uncertain whether it's more due to our CRM system rather than Kople. 2. Additionally, issues related to the call function are one of the biggest challenges. This makes our volunteer match leaders skeptical about whether they can 'rely' on the system and can drain their motivation. 3. The matching function is also not as intuitive and user-friendly as I would like it to be.

Like I said before, changing to a more automatic system made me save much more time in the matching process. The time that is saved, I can now spend more on the development of our project which has been beneficial. It was easy to transfer our data and implement our existing flow in Kople. There are still some things we need to figure out on how to implement it within dashboard but Kople has been creative and flexible in providing solutions.

Pros

What I like the most about Kople is that it saved me a lot of time making matches between refugees and Dutch people in comparison to our previous system. The system is also easy to use once you get the hang of it. Compliments to \[sensitive content hidden\] for implementing things quickly and always being very helpful whenever we have questions regarding the system.

Cons

It's a minor detail, but a recommendation for future collaboration with other parties in the Netherlands would be to thoroughly check if everything is translated and translated correctly. For example, sometimes we would find words that were still in Danish. Besides, if you would like to expand to the market in the Netherlands, you might want to consider integrating a feature to run automatic communication through Whats-app. Informally, in the Netherlands it is the most popular mean of communication. But perhaps that also depends a bit on the organization.

I've had a great experience with Kople so far. The team at Kople are communicative and helpful and they really strive to make Kople the best imagined platform for matching-NGO:s, something that really shows in the product.

Pros

The integrated communication, the way you build your own workflow and the user lists with all its filtering are my favourites.

Cons

The matching overview could be improved to even more efficiently compare different matching candidates with each other.

Reason for choosing Kople

Our needs weren't met anywhere else.
