Pros I like how easy it is for the average person to use and how customer supports is there for you when you need help. The file recovery option in the software is by far one of the best file recovery programs I have used. Date recovery is also up in my top 5 programs for backups and cloud storage. Cons I least like the customer service take a day or two To respond. If they could have a just. Have a 24 hour service the program will be killing it in sales. They’ve even RENEWED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND WONT EVEN REFUND THAT EITHER. Pros Nothing as I never got to use it. Bought wrong item as I did not know what I was doing. Cancelled it within the 3 day grace period twice….. won’t refund and auto renewed after problems and won’t refund that either. Cons They are DISHONEST PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM TENORSHARE!!. I bought 2 programs on Tenorshare on the 16th April on a 3 day Free Trial. Realising that I’d bought the wrong two, cancelled them on the 17th for a refund. Hearing nothing back cancelled them again on 18th (all within the 3 day period). Not only have they not refunded me they have charged me for another month as the 3 day period has now passed. They say that I changed my mind and are NOT REFUNDING ANYTHING!!,when the program was never opened which is totally incorrect. And also I cancelled it within the 3 days WHY DID THEY RENEW IT far less not want to refund it.. I was trying to recover a single Excel file but couldn’t retrieve it. Even less important PDF files couldn’t be recovered. I strongly advise against using their products. To make matters worse, their customer support refused to refund my money, claiming my case didn’t align with their policy. In my opinion, they are a fraudulent company selling ineffective products and refusing refunds, even when their software fails to deliver as promised. I am very satisfied with the experience as it was easy to use. I had a few memory cards and devices and the software was compatible with all of them. Good purchase. Pros The software is easy and user friendly. I was able to recover all my lost data from SD cards, external drives and old iPhone with ease. The software runs fast and smooth with comprehensive layout for easy navigation. Cons I reset my device to factory setting and had to reinstall the program which was no fuss. However, I was unable to use the same license key to register. I was able to get a new license key to register my account through the help of the support team by just following a few steps.
