allow de-registeration of product on one pc, so that could install on another. witout the need to email support team for assitance. However, support team was fast to reply to queries.

Tech support is very knowledgeable and are quick to reply once a ticket is submitted. The software is what I needed to look for lost images, videos and data I thought were gone forever.

Pros

It allowed me to recover data that I had thought it was lost forever. It truly performed as advertised.

Cons

Certain drives took longer than expected but it had to do with the drive itself and not the software.

Cons

I did not find any unfriendly functions. Errors during registration were related to insufficient skills of the user.

Tenorshare 4DDig helped me recover ALL my files from an HDD (1TB) that I accidentally formatted while replacing it with a 2TB SSD. It was easy to use, and it sorts files by type or location.

Pros

Easy to use interface.Amazingly powerful recovering files.100% worth the money.

Cons

None on the performance of the program.Licensing should allow for 2 computers, as most people have 2 (laptop + desktop).
