They had there ups and down. Verizon ended there take on the BlueJeans platform Pros What I like mostly like the Bluejeans platform is it was another video conference way to communicate with agents/ employees over the globe. The audio was great. Cons The platform I don’t like was trying to share files was very difficult. Also trying to have break out while in the meeting was hard. It was not user friendly for me. Cons When screen sharing, and controlling the other users device, the lag was sometimes pretty tough to get used to. When compared to another software like zoom, it seems to be a little bit slower. Pros Remote meetings conducted by BlueJeans have many professional features. I like that this technology allows me to hold high quality video meetings, the video and audio quality and the live streaming technologies are amazing, BlueJeans user interface is simple, attractive and very easy to use. The best part is how all web communication is coordinated over the internet, enabling users to talk, interact and collaborate remotely very efficiently. It was easy to communicate with clients and consultants from all over the world, and all this was done simply by sending links to invitees. However, as it is not the most popular app out there and it does not come pre - installed on devices that are most commonly used, it has that barrier that people need to step over in order to be able to unlock its full potential. Pros BlueJeans is one of the tools that I have used over time for webinars, online communication, private and business chats and discussions. It has served its purpose very well, and has always been a stable, safe and secure way of doing things. The simplicity of the app is what makes it very usable and good as it does not take too much time to set up and start, and yet makes you look professional. Cons The fact that it is not so much popular, and that you need to explain to your friends or business partners what it is and how it works before you can actually connect with them. If it is used for a business meeting, the majority of people in your meeting will have to set it up beforehand as they have never used it before.
