Pros
I lobe the fact that it can accommodate a whole lot of people especially when we hold virtual events. I also like the awesome audio and video conferencing quality.
I love how easy it is to use bluejeans. My company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable.
This has been excellent and is perfect in getting better engagement with remote sites and saving on travel budgets.
I like that I can use it to visually connect with my accounts in other states and do webinars. It is super helpful for building relationships.
Cons
At some point the software as a problem with handling various configs of I/O devices and this thing of your mic capturing other people's voices.
I don't like that the call in information is always the same. If you have calls back to back and one runs over or people join early, you will be joining the wrong call.
When we ran video conferences and participants had a poor internet connection, to video/audio quality was extremely poor.
Sometimes my clients struggling to join a meeting because they have to click through so many screen options and choices. It’s hard to walk them through that at times.

"BlueJeans will impress you"
Overall: This software, or tool, has been one of the best that I have used regarding working from home or having presentations online. However, as it is not the most popular app out there and it does not come pre - installed on devices that are most commonly used, it has that barrier that people need to step over in order to be able to unlock its full potential.
Pros: BlueJeans is one of the tools that I have used over time for webinars, online communication, private and business chats and discussions. It has served its purpose very well, and has always been a stable, safe and secure way of doing things. The simplicity of the app is what makes it very usable and good as it does not take too much time to set up and start, and yet makes you look professional.
Cons: The fact that it is not so much popular, and that you need to explain to your friends or business partners what it is and how it works before you can actually connect with them. If it is used for a business meeting, the majority of people in your meeting will have to set it up beforehand as they have never used it before.

Overall: Bluejeans is a solid web conferencing product which offers excellent audio and video quality. Once they work through the issues with performance in the software, it will be far superior to others in the marketplace.
Pros: Bluejeans has a very easy interface to use as well as superior dolby sound in comparison to other products.
Cons: The client software has a heavy interface which takes quite a bit of time to install. It alsodoes not run as fast as competitors such as Zoom or Cisco Webex.

Overall: My overall experience was ok. They had there ups and down. Verizon ended there take on the BlueJeans platform
Pros: What I like mostly like the Bluejeans platform is it was another video conference way to communicate with agents/ employees over the globe. The audio was great.
Cons: The platform I don’t like was trying to share files was very difficult. Also trying to have break out while in the meeting was hard. It was not user friendly for me.

Overall: Overall experience with Blue Jeans is excellent. The platform never failed no one in the company and is very user friendly.
Pros: I like the fact that you can assign users different levels of action. It is very good when you have Town Halls or big Events
Cons: You can not upload a power point like you can do with a video and also for the moderator you do not have a preview screen, like to add something in the queue.

Overall: Scheduling and joining video conferences.
Pros: With BlueJeans, it is seamless to schedule and join webinars.
Cons: Sharing files while video conferencing distorts the quality of video and audio mainly on messy internet connection.
