Pros
This has been excellent and is perfect in getting better engagement with remote sites and saving on travel budgets.
There is no hidden cost since we can use it all over the world and features are good.
Cons
At some point the software as a problem with handling various configs of I/O devices and this thing of your mic capturing other people's voices.
I don't like that the call in information is always the same. If you have calls back to back and one runs over or people join early, you will be joining the wrong call.

"Great during COVID"
Overall: Overall bluejeans has been a great asset to have during these covid times.
Pros: I love how easy it is to use bluejeans. my company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable. We used to use WebEx but realized that with everyone teleconferencing it was crashing a lot. Blue Jeans has been way better.
