There are many with dashboards etc. But what sets Integration Fox apart is their excellent customer service. They use a simple ticketing system, are quick to respond and PICK UP THE PHONE when I call! I can't complain about that at all. On top of all that, they keep our Hubspot-Netsuite integration in sync and have managed to simplify the complex whenever I have asked how it works :) Cons There's not much to dislike - they have only improved in time. If there is anything I "liked least," it would be that it seems their team is small, and sometimes that has caused minor delays due to other ongoing projects - but that often comes down to impatience on my behalf. Support was amazing from day and a year later continues to be.Integrating our project management software, CRM, payroll etc etc etc was something we wanted to do for a lifetime. We tried off the shelf solutions but they didn't cut the mustard.The IF team basically had us up and running within a day. Something that had been causing us headaches for months. So it took a little while for us to get to grip with the decision we needed to make on our data structure for ETL and which system would master the data objects.
