Pros Mede door het gebruik van ISOplanner is voor een auditor het hele traject tussen implementatie van beleid, de monitoring en het verzamelen van bewijslast makkelijk te volgen.ISOplanner laat zich makkelijk implementeren in bestaande bedrijfsprocessen omdat normen en maatregelen al zijn ingevuld. Het is natuurlijk wel zaak dat u deze toespitst op de eigen organisatie. Cons Het product kent een groot gebruiksgemak en is geweldig. Als gebruiker mis ik 'werkplek begeleiding' dan wel een cursus 'hoe haal ik het meeste uit ISOplanner'.Het product ontwikkelt door en groeit snel, een gebruiker groeit niet noodzakelijkerwijs is datzelfde tempo mee. Pros Overzichtelijke tool om zaken rondom de ISO27001 (maar ook andere normeringen) te implementeren. Bevat alle vereisten: beschrijving van normeisen, risicomanagement, maatregelen. Export van rapporten maakt overdracht binnen organisatie en extern naar bijv. auditors zeer efficiënt. Vlekkeloze integratie met Microsoft producten zoals Sharepoint & Outlook. Cons In gebruik nemen en invullen van een dergelijke tool vraagt in beginfase veel tijd/aandacht, maar dat zal bij andere tools niet anders zijn. Pros ISOPlanner heeft een doordachte structuur waar een norm (zoals ISO27001) goed in kan worden geimplementeerd. Het geeft handvaten om alle normelementen helder en overzichtelijk te houden, en biedt flexibiliteit met het toevoegen van context aan maatregelen/risico's, waardoor tijdens een audit vlot kan worden genavigeerd. Tevens integreert ISOPlanner met een eigen O-365 tenant, waardoor authenticatie en opslag van eigen stukken binnen je (bestaande) (cloud-)infrastructuur blijft. Cons Het ontbreken van een specifiek incident- en verbeter-register, en de onboarding van een externe auditor vind ik te complex/omslachtig. Ondanks dat e.e.a. helder staat beschreven omhelst deze onboarding als afnemer van het pakket enige stappen, maar ook een auditor moet zich zelf aanmelden, waardoor het m.i. niet vlot verloopt, en (op basis van ervaring) snel ruis op de lijn ontstaat wie wat moet ondernemen.
