It's designed by people who understand Jira, and know how to make it easier to use.It's got some really valuable features, and it makes the default graphing and dashboard gadgets on Jira unnecessary. Every Custom Charts version of each gadget is 100000% better. Cons I'm honestly not sure what I'd ask for. This is really an exceptional tool. I’ve seen usage steadily increase over the past year. Pros Custom charts is very intuitive to use for Jira and Confluence users. As an admin, I do the quick setup. Old Street provided a free and wonderful demo for our team. Users can quickly to build charts with minimal or no assistance. Cons On confluence macros, empty queries return a big “No Data” on the chart. A better output message might help.
