Il problema della mancanza di segnale di libero è spesso dovuto alla rete mobile e stiamo lavorando con l'operatore per l'implementazione di una segnalazione SIP che riproduca il tono anche se non inviato dall'interlocutore. Grazie per la segnalazione

Mi sono approcciata al VoIP molto scetticamente, temevo che avrei avuto molti problemi e mi spaventava anche la quantità di funzionalità che ci avevano raccontato.In realtà si è rilevato tutto molto fluido, semplice e col tempo abbiamo iniziato ad usare servizi e funzioni di cui pensavamo di non aver bisogno.

Pros

Facilità di utilizzo, possibilità di gestire autonomamente tutte le configurazioni ma soprattutto un supporto professionale e molto rapido

Cons

Manca l'integrazione con il nostro gestionale che è però un sistema sviluppato ad hoc e quindi non di mercato

Turnazioni, gestione dei reparti, accoglienza telefonica mirata e riduzione dei tempi di attesa del cliente

Pros

Il pianificatore dell'IVR e la gestione dei messaggi e degli orari è stata la cosa che maggiormente mi ha colpito. Nel nostro settore esistono necessità di turnazioni per la reperibilità e, grazie a questo sistema siamo riusciti ad avere una pianificazione semestrale sempre aggiornata in modo facile e veloce

Cons

In linea di massima non abbiamo avuto problemi o inconvenienti ed è anche molto bello il fatto che abbiano una loro sezione Feedback interna in cui poter segnalare piccoli bug o necessità; alle quali danno riscontro sulle possibilità di implementazione in tempi oserei dire ragionevoli.
