Pros

This application / software allows remote support and has great tools such as ping and installed sotware.

Cons

The only negative is that the machines need to be on the domain to remote in to them.

Pros

Capability to Connect with computer name or IP even on computers on differnt locations. Grants yuo options to avoid being disconnected by problematic users and to block them from using any input method to avoid being any problemds while giving support.

Cons

Even once set up some computers give issues while connecting to them. To install it you have to deactivate domain firewall, this causes to make it slow to deploy the software.
