Pros Flexible Konfiguration der Überwachungs-Möglichkeiten und Filterung. Der Service ist ebenso sehr gut. Cons Die historisch zu Überwachung von Netzwerktechnik gewachsene Oberfläche ist sehr komplex und unübersichtlich. Hier wäre eine Überarbeitung sinnvoll mit Fokus auf das zu überwachende Produkt, in unserem Falle die SAP-Systeme.
