Unfortunately we found it too restrictive and times, and at other times, not restrictive enough. We received little support working with them and eventually moved onto another product. Pros AutoElevate was very black & white in what it does. It allows or it doesn't. Cons Unfortunately there is a lot of grey area when it comes to application whitelisting and at the time we used AutoElevate it did not have a lot of features beyond whitelisting & blacklisting.
