Pros

This tool is really valuable for automating e-commerce store operations, streamlining tasks and boosting overall efficiency. It saves time, reduces manual effort, and helps ensure smooth, hassle-free management of inventory, orders, and customers.

Cons

There’s nothing we particularly dislike, but there’s definitely room for improvement by adding more customer data analysis features

I have been you the app from last few months and I found this app can really help in automating operations.

Very easy to use and interface is user-friendly.

They are friendly and enthusiast but very unprofessional. They make promises they can't keep and have a alarmingly cavalier approach to provisioning. While they sincerly seem to want to help they also really don't seem to understand the limitations of their own software. I can imagine them accidently causing a large amount of commercial damage and I think any larger businesses should avoid them.

Pros

It is inexpensive and effective at the following: - Auto Sync Shopify Orders and customers to NetSuite - Auto Sync NetSuite Item Inventory to Shopify - Auto Sync NetSuite Item fulfillments to Shopify - Sync Price from NetSuite to Shopify

Cons

On their Max Unlimited Plan they advertise the ability to List Product from NetSuite to Shopify. This is the main added feature of the higher priced plan. Unfortunatley the feature is so buggy and incomprensible that I do not think they should be selling it as a finished feature. Even more concerning they don't seem to have any explanation or understanding of why it doesn't work. In our experience Endless zoom calls and promises of a fix just around the corner amounted to nothing. It doesn't work and they don't know why. Most alarmingly the sync has no auditing or process visibility at all. It's black box so it can be updating your catalogue and you don't even know when it is updating or what is updating or what it has updated. They also advertise Refunds as a feature which is only semi functional. We ended up disabling the flow because it could not handle various scenarious and just created more manual work cleaning up the mess it created.
