Estamos contentos aunque aún no le hemos sacado 100% el fruto porque nos falta usarlo con más clientes. Por cierto, muy buen servicio de \[contenido sensible oculto\], siempre disponible y con ganas de ayudar en lo que sea. Pros La facilidad y rapidez con la que se puede automatizar cobros, así como mandar link de pagos únicos a los clientes. Cons Principalmente cuatro: 1. No ves los cobros cuando se producen si no entras a la web cuando estaría bien que te mandaran un mensaje/email cuando un cliente tuyo realizara el pago. El mayor trabajo que tenemos es hacer fup de los pagos. 2. No se pueden modificar las suscripciones o pagos únicos una vez se han creado. Sería importante poder hacerlo para modificar tarifas (cuando se hace un SEPA en el q se cambia una tarifa por ejemplo no se tiene q aprobar de nuevo el pago por el cliente y en este caso sí) o si te falto editar algo. 3. Que no permite colocar los datos del cliente antes de mandarle el link de pago al mismo. Si consiguiéramos mandarlo ya con los datos del cliente pre-rellenados sería más rápido todo. 4. La facturas a los clientes es un poco dolor de cabeza porque las tenemos que hacer manualmente en Holded al no estar integrada con Holded porque es importante por temas contables continuar con la numeración de las facturas que tenemos. Antes era un dolor de cabeza cobrar cada tanto tiempo a los clientes y ahora hemos reducido la fricción de ventas de forma muy eficaz. Por otro lado, cada vez que hemos necesitado algo el equipo de Uelz ha sido muy atento y amable. Cons El producto es funcional y va a la perfección (menos mal que son pagos... jejej) Podría decir, que a veces deseas features que haría una mejor experiencia como poder modificar los planes a conveniencia y no tener que crear de nuevos. O bajar las comisiones SEPAs...
