Evoluimos, no mesmo edifício de um caos na gestão de acessos, estacionamento e visitantes, para uma solução simples e intuitiva de fácil gestão.

Pros

Facilidade de utilização e simplicidade, aliado à versatilidade de todo um sistema, que de uma forma unica e integrada permite a gestão de toda uma politica de acessos de uma organização.

Cons

O Portal é Mobile friendly, mas uma App (iOS e Android) seria um ponto de melhoria, não essencial, mas melhoria.

Resolveu o tema da partilha do estacionamento, permitindo reforçar a Pool colaborativa com os lugares disponibilizados automaticamente pelos colaboradores ausentes. Nos edifício anterior com a gestão de estacionamento tradicional tínhamos tipicamente 40% a 50% dos lugares de estacionamento livres (devido a ausências). Resolveu o problema de gestão de acesso de visitantes ao estacionamento e ao edifício. No edifício anterior tínhamos um segurança na entrada do estacionamento a gerir os lugares de visitante com recurso a uma folha Excel, neste momento o Visitante tem autonomia de acesso no período reservado. No edifício anterior tínhamos um segurança na receção a validar as visitas numa Folha de Excel e a disponibilizar cartões de acesso (que frequentemente não eram devolvidos à saída), neste momento as rec essionistas validam a visita no Mobbipro e o visitante acede com recurso a um QRCode (telemóvel ou Papel).

Pros

O produto é fácil de usar e adequa-se perfeitamente às nossas necessidades que são as seguintes:- Gestão de Estacionamento Flexível permitindo partilhar lugares entre os colaboradores. Com a implementação de FlexWork deixou de fazer sentido atribuir lugares de forma permanente a um único utilizador. Mantemos a atribuição de lugar permanente para quem tem viatura da empresa, mas o lugar é automaticamente libertado e partilhado com outros colaboradores sempre que o owner se encontra ausente (FlexWork, Férias, Baixa, ...) ou efetua reserva de estacionamento noutro edifício.- Permite a tipificação de lugares de estacionamento por tipo de viatura (carro, mota, bicicleta), por tipo de carregamento elétrico, mobilidade reduzida, visitante.- O acesso ao estacionamento só é permitido nos dias/períodos em que o utilizador tem lugar reservado. - Disponibilização de monitor nas entradas do estacionamento com informação do Lugar de estacionamento atribuído, o triguer para a apresentação da informação é o reconhecimento da matrícula, a apresentação do cartão de acesso ou do QRCode (caso dos visitantes). - Está integrado com o sistema de controlo de acessos e permite gerir os acessos de visitantes tanto ao estacionamento como ao edifício. - Está integrado com os sistema de: DRH, Gestão FlexWork, reconhecimento de matrículas,

Existe ainda espaço para implementação de melhorias e novas funcionalidades, nomeadamente no que se refere a rastreamento de transações (disponibilização de Logs), melhoria de consultas, Tipificação de Lugares de Estacionamento de Visitante, ...Contudo o Fornecedor tem sido senssivel aos nossos pedidos de melhoria e tem implementado os mesmos sempre que reconhece que é uma melhoria para o produto e que a sua implementação faz sentido.

O recurso mais impactante são os mapas dos edificios e a verificação da disponibilidade de reserva de salas.

Cons

Para fazer reservas de salas por defeito o programa mostra a data do dia a seguir em vez do próprio dia.
