Very decent and robust services to effectively manage patient's medical refills, communications and enhance the overall patient care.

Pros

Its data-driven approach is incredible and in highly impactful on matters patients engagement and retention. It makes monitoring patient's health trends and identifying any issues in their behaviour simple and effortless. These insights allows us to proactively engage with our patients with the necessary healthcare advice or recommendations, making them feel more valued and cared for.

Cons

So far I don't have any word of criticism since it sorts all my concerns thoroughly.

We've seen a clear boost in repeat visits and we're getting to talk about our services a lot more which is a win for us. Patients talk about their rewards like they're part of a club which makes them want to talk about us to their friends and family.

Pros

The rewards feature changed everything for us. Patients earn rewards for visits and purchases and they're genuinely excited to redeem them. It's fun for them and effortless for us.

Cons

We had to adjust a few reward values early on to make sure they made financial sense but it's been smooth ever since.

### "Zero Stars for RepeatMD"

Terrible when it comes to client and customer service. I spent $7,200 in subscription fees last year and got little in return that I couldn't have done myself.

Pros

Very Little to Like Here - After a year plus with RepeatMD I have found there is very little that they do that I couldn't do my self

Cons

Their customer service is terrible. There is no way to talk with a human and they use a chat system that ends up with zero solutions. This past month they sent one of our employees a 1099K indicating that they had paid the employee loyalty revenues that we really paid to our firm. Instead of fixing the 1099K to reflect payment of the revenue to our firm they put my staff in an endless chat loop that led to no solutions in a after a string of 4 or 5 chats with multiple individuals at RepeatMD. At the end of the day I am not sure there are even any people working at RepeatMD - it seems to be a fairly dumb chatbot rather than a client service portal to help my firm and my clients. I would never sign up with RepeatMD again and I plan to cancel our membership.

Pros

Patients love checking their rewards in the app. They come in just to redeem those rewards which gives us the opportunity to sell them another service.

Cons

I wish we had added it before the holidays, we would've made so much more with their promos

It made my solo operation look really advanced. It helps me introduce my services while I'm with patients or while my doors are closed becoming a hell of a virtual salesperson.

Pros

As a Solo injector, I love that it lets me buy back my time so I don't have to talk about every service I offer, it's all in my app. They also create and run all our holiday promos, which is such a big weight off my plate.

Cons

Sice I'm a solo provider running the practice on my own, it was hard to block time for building the PP.

It took a little while to figure out which promotions worked best but once we did, it was smooth sailing.

The automated membership plans for our "Tox and Filler Club". Patients pay monthly for treatments they want and we get predictable revenue every month that covers our overhead.

Cons

The initial setup took a couple of weeks to get all our packages loaded, but it was a one-time plan.

The sales tactics were very high pressured and I was lead to believe they would help with patient exposure more than they do. The contract is for a year and now I am paying over $700/month with NO return.

Pros

They have pleasant customer service staff. They do try to make this relevant to my practice but are not reaching the mark.

Cons

The cost and inability to leave a contract even though it is clearly not working for my business. It has not increased my traffic or enhanced my practice in any way.

LOVED the onboarding- super easy, fast, and customer (us) centric! However, my favorite part was definitely the amount of "best practice" advice we got to help us set up for success!

Pros

I love the client loyalty we develop with the membership program. Best of all, its easy to use (even though it doesn't integrate with our EMR) and it is patient-driven, so we don't have to worry about managing anything.

Cons

It would be nice to have integration into our medical record. It also would be great to be able to list all our services on the app as a "one stop shop".

Reason for choosing RepeatMD

While it was more expensive than other competitors, it did offer WAY better features, which just made sense. It was also nice to talk to a sales rep right away and make a decision quickly, whereas the rest of the alternatives took too long to get back to us and schedule demos.

Horrible . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY / SERVICE !

Pros

Having an app. I thought having memberships and rewards would be beneficial for our business. How wrong I was.

Cons

Horrible customer service, tech support, continuous malfunctions of app and fees of both the financing and of membership programs of which we were never advised before purchasing. One latest example of MANY- a customer calls asking why they were texted noticed of a birthday reward, but when they clicked on link/ looked in app, there was nothing. I sent support and our assigned contact a copy of everything and it was “ being looked into” . That was 5 weeks and 2 emails later. And still nothing. This is only one example of COUNTLESS issues. So we are wasting our time and losing $$$ because of the incompetence of RepeatMD . DO NOT waste money on this inferior product. Again —We are LOSING money on their app and membership and financing. I bought their sales pitch snow job hook, line and sinker and now feel like a complete fool .

My experience was exciting, I got to book a spa treatment just with my mobile at very affordable rate. Navigation was smooth and website was easy to understand. Execution time was okay and spa experience was refreshing.

Pros

RepeatMD is very easily to search on the internet, the search engine optimization is top notch, the first page of the website is very calm yet captivating, the site functionality is also great. Website have almost all the trending social media handles, web design is beautiful reflecting calmness and wellness, site is well optimized with little broken lines, content is excellent and well targeted to the audience.

Cons

More bright coolers should be added to some of the pages on the website, the page 2 video for see how it works is not playing, this should be corrected. For Brand visibility on the internet key words(mobile rewards, patients financing, membership, ecommerce, patient engagement, business intelligence) optimization should be improved.

Not good ! It appears that the entire company communicates with emails only and all employees or most of them at least work from home so information is slow. All The different departments seam to not be connected or share information or be on the same page. Prices were entered and advertised wrong so we had to honor that and lost money ! Not very well managed !

Pros

Rewards program but most of the time we did not get a code to post in the patents account

Cons

Reports are too late and do not contain enough information. Very hard to track payments for memberships and RMD only sends emails to parents for credit card payment updates. No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

I can say Repeat MD is driven by a very qualified team of individuals that have our best interest in mind. During the implementation portion they took the tie to listen to the needs of our specific practice and tailed the app for our patients. The thing I like best is that this is not some cookie cutter platform, it is designed specifically for our office.

Pros

We had a great customer success team who helped get our platform up and running with exactly what we wanted to offer. Once we provide the information our team took it from there. They give great guidance and are always there for support. They are able to see what is successful in other practices and help us mirror that by offering customer driven specials and services to allow us to have the greatest success.

Cons

Nothing! We had a successful implementation and launch and the team at RepeatMD is consistently checking in to make sure our program is successful.

What I like most about the application is how unique it is. Especially on the subject of rewards for the patients. I understand it is a new topic for apps.

Cons

SMS Marketing. I think it is unnecessary to use this type of marketing since surely users will be receiving notifications and reminders on their phones and emails.

### "After a year of RepeatMD"

I haven’t had a huge response. Many patients find it confusing or don’t use it other than when they are in my office.

Pros

There are great photos, it is an attractive app. I like that patients can purchase and pay through the app without it taking my time and attention.

Cons

The descriptions and details they use can be a bit vague or difficult for patients to pick between services. I make updates and corrections as I often see that there are errors and omissions. In the shop by concern segment for example, there are often additional treatment options which should be listed but aren’t. Any such changes are dealt with by me emailing my assigned rep and she forwards it to a team and some days later I can see changes. There is potential for delays and confusion on my end certainly so some of the Cons are probably more to do with my follow through or lack thereof.

Reason for choosing RepeatMD

I thought I’d try it out and hoped to see a boost in higher end treatment packages. I haven’t sold many packages or memberships but continue to sell most things directly in my office. It has helped me start offering memberships without as much difficulty in keeping it organized though.

Pros

Extremely helpful! By far, one of the best uses of my money for the company as it efficiently and rapidly helped with increasing our recurring revenue for the past 6 months. Customer support is very good too as they truly guided me in maximizing the platform to reach a desired outcome for my investments through rewards, right packages and kind assistance. The platform itself is user-friendly due to its organized and simple interface. I love that RepeatMD has the right balance of both traditional and modern functionality so it is easier to sort things out.

Cons

Not a big deal I just noticed that the platform freezes from every once in a while yet I see that it is fast growing and usually has new updates or features that comes right after. Tip: When this happens, just make sure you are using the updated version, or check with the ccs, I always get fast replies.
