From a business perspective, we also did not see the level of practice growth that had been represented during the onboarding process. Between the platform fees and the limited measurable return, the overall value did not meet our expectations.

Pros

We used RepeatMD for three years and appreciated some aspects of the platform, particularly the concept of helping practices implement membership-style programs and automated marketing.

Cons

However, our experience toward the end of the contract was disappointing. After completing our three-year commitment, we made multiple requests to terminate our agreement and did not receive timely responses. Despite reaching out on three separate occasions, the lack of communication resulted in us being billed for an additional month of services we had clearly requested to discontinue.

Pros

I love the rewards we can offer to parents depending on how many times they visit! We can offer memberships to patients that are interested but also reward loyal customers who do not have memberships!

Cons

I would say sometimes that it is hard to find things on the app, but for the most part it is laid out well & self explanatory!

We've seen a clear boost in repeat visits and we're getting to talk about our services a lot more which is a win for us. Patients talk about their rewards like they're part of a club which makes them want to talk about us to their friends and family.

Pros

The rewards feature changed everything for us. Patients earn rewards for visits and purchases and they're genuinely excited to redeem them. It's fun for them and effortless for us.

Cons

We had to adjust a few reward values early on to make sure they made financial sense but it's been smooth ever since.

### "Don't believe the hype without doing extreme due diligence"

We purchased the software at a seminar and met with their top people. No one ever talked about the additional percentage that they charge on every single transaction. They try and tell you it is a rewards app but the truth is all they try and do is get you to constantly have a huge sales 20 to 25% off on top of all of the credit card fees they charge you. You would have to have huge margins in order to make this really work. Most of us in this industry don't have those kind of margins anymore. If they were very upfront about all of their costs and they weren't trying to just sell you I wouldn't be so upset with these people, but they do not do that. Don't believe their positive reviews, find out who has actually been using the system that doesn't work for them as an influencer, and see what they say. I would never ever refer them to anyone.

Pros

The idea of repeat MD is great. The problem is the industry doesn't really have a good shopping tool that is also a rewards program. They do make on- boarding easy.

Cons

. These people mislead you in crushed every possible way. They have these huge seminars where they never talk about how much they charge you and how much you actually have to sell in order to make any money. They distort the facts pretty tremendously and make sure that until you're hooked in you don't really know what it's costing you. They also make you sign a very long contract and I cannot tell you how many people are trying to get out of that contract once they realize what a bad deal it is. It doesn't matter if you sell $100,000 and it costs you $120,000.

Would not try again because of difficulty cancelling even when I had not yet used their services. (I had a family situation/death to deal with that affected my ability to run my business at this time.)

Seems like it would make sales easier. Flashy demos that get you excited about progress and getting help.

Cons

Changed my mind after I signed up and despite not using the platform or service at all, was still held to the $700 a month fee for a 90 day required cancellation notice.

Horrible. I will never dign up for another service even similar to this product. Nothing is professional about this company. Also, its a red flag when you cant find an option to leave a google review. They've kept themselves off of google for a reason.

Pros

They are great at selling dreams. The bulk of the reviews here are fake. I spokevwith another company concerning their product and they stated daily the dpesk to providers trying to get out of this overpriced product. They will a few times a year send out specials that are along the lines of groupon. You will lose money on the products. Through the platform patients can receive funding from affirm. You can get around the affirm rules not allowing smaller businesses to work directly with their platform by having the vlient apply fir a affirm credit card.

Cons

They never reach back out when you need assistance eith their app. The app is full of glitches. They will not assist you with marketing...this is an app only but they wont market it this way. During your initial discussions, they never state they are simply an app. This becomes obvious when you ask for guidance concerning specials. Clients find the app confusing and difficult to use.

Having an app. I thought having memberships and rewards would be beneficial for our business. How wrong I was.

Cons

Horrible customer service, tech support, continuous malfunctions of app and fees of both the financing and of membership programs of which we were never advised before purchasing. One latest example of MANY- a customer calls asking why they were texted noticed of a birthday reward, but when they clicked on link/ looked in app, there was nothing. I sent support and our assigned contact a copy of everything and it was “ being looked into” . That was 5 weeks and 2 emails later. And still nothing. This is only one example of COUNTLESS issues. So we are wasting our time and losing $$$ because of the incompetence of RepeatMD . DO NOT waste money on this inferior product. Again —We are LOSING money on their app and membership and financing. I bought their sales pitch snow job hook, line and sinker and now feel like a complete fool .

### "Bad business practices"

BAD business practices, BAD execution, lots of shiny benefits like free purses and vacation giveaways to lure in Med spa owners.

Pros

I can't think of anything I liked about RepeatMD.

Cons

They get you into a contract that is almost impossible to get out of without paying a crap ton of money. They created memberships and loyalty program that made me lose money - then memberships that I was setting up with their program rather than just using my own system, only to find out they were "double dipping" on fees both on my end and the patient's end on top of the monthly amount I was giving them. They failed to cancel memberships when I asked them to (because as the business owner I didn't have the power to actually do it myself) so lots of pissed off patients. One patient got a free item 3 months in a row because it wasn't well thought out what they recommended for loyalty gifts. Overall, I was paying them $500/month AND losing $600 a month in fees from them managing the membership, again, that I could have done myself. Then after speaking with the "\[sensitive content hidden\] " on the phone, he was highly apologetic and seemed to be very embarrassed by my experience with them. He made it sound like he would gladly let me out of the contract but if I wanted to, I could get 6 months free in order to see how their "new and improved" product was. Right afterward, they tried to charge my card again. I told him I wanted out of the contract and not do the 6 months free and all of the sudden it would cost me 3 months of payments to get out of the contract. Now that the 6 months is up, they are again trying to charge my card and want me to pay $1500 to get out of the contract. Ridiculous.

Not good ! It appears that the entire company communicates with emails only and all employees or most of them at least work from home so information is slow. All The different departments seam to not be connected or share information or be on the same page. Prices were entered and advertised wrong so we had to honor that and lost money ! Not very well managed !

Rewards program but most of the time we did not get a code to post in the patents account

Cons

Reports are too late and do not contain enough information. Very hard to track payments for memberships and RMD only sends emails to parents for credit card payment updates. No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

What i like about RepeatMD is that, it's giving me the hassle-free virtual environment. It is my first time to use this but it's not giving me any hardship and it exceed my expectation. During the implementation portion they took the tie to listen to the needs of our specific practice and tailed the app for our patients. The thing I like best is that this is not some cookie cutter platform, it is designed specifically for our office.

We had a great customer success team who helped get our platform up and running with exactly what we wanted to offer. Once we provide the information our team took it from there. They give great guidance and are always there for support. They are able to see what is successful in other practices and help us mirror that by offering customer driven specials and services to allow us to have the greatest success.

Nothing! We had a successful implementation and launch and the team at RepeatMD is consistently checking in to make sure our program is successful.

My experience was exciting, I got to book a spa treatment just with my mobile at very affordable rate. Navigation was smooth and website was easy to understand. Execution time was okay and spa experience was refreshing.

RepeatMD is very easily to search on the internet, the search engine optimization is top notch, the first page of the website is very calm yet captivating, the site functionality is also great. Website have almost all the trending social media handles, web design is beautiful reflecting calmness and wellness, site is well optimized with little broken lines, content is excellent and well targeted to the audience.

Cons

More bright coolers should be added to some of the pages on the website, the page 2 video for see how it works is not playing, this should be corrected. For Brand visibility on the internet key words(mobile rewards, patients financing, membership, ecommerce, patient engagement, business intelligence) optimization should be improved.

I would say that I have been using RepeatMD for 12 months now and my retention and business growth has more than doubled since initiating it. I think my experience has been nothing less than excellent.

Pros

Using RepeatMD has allowed for significant retention of patients and helped to increase revenue per hour with cross-market advertising, text messaging and reward offers.

Cons

I don't like that the financing options keeps changing although I realize this is trying to get the best options for patients and providers alike.

AmSpa recommendation made me go directly to the product that I thought would be the most helpful in this industry.
