Pros The best feature has been that patients can purchase packages online without help in office; however, we still have to manually keep track of the patient's visits on our EMR and APP so it feels almost double work sometimes. Cons We were hoping to have an easier time running memberships (we manually ran each card each month), but we are finding it is difficult to keep track of when the member switched to the app, when their draft date is, and when the payment is actually processed.
