Not a good fit for our med spa. Patients complaining and not user friendly. Customer service is not what we expected. Too many false promises.

Pros

Nothing. The customer service tries to understand my issues but can’t solve them.

Cons

The expense of the app is very expensive and definitely not worth it.

Everything about RepeatMD is very convenient, hassle-free and very helpful to its consumers. They are very recommended because of their amazing features and love for their potential consumers. Super hands down to their mobile rewards platform. It drives loyalty and sell more treatments effortlessly to customers. It makes them keep coming back for more because of its wonderful feature. In addition, it also empowers patients with a buy now, pay later— with no late fees or surprises. These reasons make me love RepeatMD more.

Amazing is an understatement!

Pros

Adding this option to our practice has been paramount. Patient love to use their rewards and we have noticed significantly increased traffic and loyalty, especially because patients don't have to shop around for pricing. They have the peace of mind that everything is affordable in our clinic with Affirm. RepeatMD has taught us a new profitable business model in which we are no longer leading with discounts. Having to compete with cheap was exhausting.

Cons

Hard to get in touch with costumer support, probably because they are overwhelmed with calls from practices.

It made perfect sense to introduce this program in our practice.

RepeatMD gave us the opportunity to reach more client and flourish our income. It is amazing to think that we are earning even in sleep. Aside from higher revenue, we also improve the volume of our clients.

Pros

It boost my income effortlessly with the help of my membership. I don't even need to manage it. My clients comes often to build up rewards and if clients lacked the budget? No worries, they can buy it now and pay later , which my clients really love.

Cons

Sometimes, the descriptions they give are a bit unclear and hard to understand by normal patients.

My experience with Repeat MD has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite initial promises of flexibility, we were deceitfully locked into a contract without the option to cancel. Shockingly, we're not alone; there are many other businesses that have faced the same issue. Efforts to address the situation with the company were met with resistance and evasion. It's evident that their priorities lie in profit over customer satisfaction. Adding to the frustration, the software's functionality was subpar, plagued with glitches and lacking promised support. In sharing my experience, I hope to warn others of Repeat MD’s deceptive practices. Approach with caution and consider alternatives to avoid similar hardships.

Pros

I liked the idea of having a customized app and patients could easily refer friends.

Cons

Horrible to work with. They had an high employee turnover and terrible customer service. Most recently was told there was a new V2 app that was launching that had added benefits but went months without access to. I was paying $600 a month and losing more money giving rewards and patients not easily able to utilize the app.

It's been okay. At the macro level, they give a lot of support such as masterclasses and a great CSS. On the day to day, you a kinda left on your own particularly if a client has trouble with the app. The app is really best for iPhone which leaves Android customers a bit in the dark.

Pros

Online Marketplace, Rewards, and Loyalty program is vital to give a med spa an edge against the competition.

Cons

Customer support for the app is poor. There is no phone number to call when clients have trouble saving app to Home Screen which is one of the most important features. The CSS is great in designing memberships. The app does not present context sensitive pricing so you have to very careful with the pricing of the packages or one of the seasonal specials might result in you losing money on a package due to double dibbing on discounts

More robust rewards, loyalty, and membership features. Better financing options for client. Credit card dunning.

We are wanting to increase our monthly recurring revenue and their program has certainly helped us.

Pros

We are liking the membership program which allows us to keep in close contact with our current patients and give them special treatment, offers and rewards.

Cons

The current platform does not have all the features needed to seamlessly handle changes to the membership program. We have been told that the upgrade coming will address this. Customer service has been a little spotty at times, though they have made some staffing changes recently and it seems a little better now.

I would not recommend using RepeatMD for your business. Implementing their services has not yielded any improvement to our business’s bottom line. The startup costs were high, and the support is lacking – many calls were unanswered and support staff hard to get a hold of. We requested cancellation of the contract but could not get out of it. When voicing our concerns to the \[sensitive content hidden\] via email, he suggested we meet with the \[sensitive content hidden\]. We met him and although he appeared empathetic to our concerns/complaints, he did not follow up with any of the actions he said he would take post the meeting. When we followed up multiple times via email asking about the agreed to actions we were ghosted. This was very upsetting and extremely unprofessional for a business \[sensitive content hidden\] and his staff.
