Pros Membership management, option to purchase packages. Great tool for a Medspa with a lot of services. Cons Very pricey. It's not paying off for us. As stated above, my least favorite app. Clients get so confused and the marketplace cannot be edited by the company admin, only RepeatMD Pros The rewards my customers receive. That’s about it. Cons It’s extremely expensive for a program that locks you in for 3-4 years. I would opt out tomorrow if I could. Cons I do not say this lightly, however this program is a SCAM! Do not use them whatsoever. When we found out we did not need this application, the hoops we had to jump through to try and cancel to find out we had to pay 50% of the remainder and then on top of that trying to cancel for 2 months without contact from them. They are happy to take your money, your clients money and RUN. I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. Cons It was always challenging to find things like memberships, etc. Clients experienced difficulty using it and could not easily access their own memberships.
