Great tool to use with Square POS. The company is very responsive and helpful and also a good value for the money vs similar products.

Pros

Company is very responsive and helpful. They also very quick to add new features based on customer feedback.

Cons

I wish there as more customization options for printing labels, but new features are being added and hopefully label printing will be more customizable in the future.

Overall very happy with my experience with Circle-Hand and it has made our business backend process structured and ability to take on more clients

Pros

The stability of the system the support we have received from Circle-Hand team. It came highly recommended.

Cons

I am not very pleased with the interface with Square, while it may not be a Circle-Hand issue Square technical support pinned the barcode and SKU interface as an issue they claim it should be 6 bytes.

Circle-Hand has been a godsend for our company. Not only does it help us seamlessly enter new inventory \[we're a brick and mortar thrift store that also cross-posts online\], but it also provides barcodes that communicate directly with Shopify to make all modes of sales simple. The software is very customizable. For example, we don't list brands or include photos for items expected to be sold directly in our shop. We have most of the attributes turned off so that entering new items can be done quickly as we're entering 100s of items daily, each typically unique. We have our inventory screen honed down to one page that doesn't require scrolling to complete. When we are entering a batch of 'boutique' items that will be cross-posted, we toggle the other attributes back on. Software is super user friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Pros

Circle-Hand's customer service is unmatched. Don't let the fact that they're based in Germany deter you. We're in Dallas, Texas. \[sensitive content hidden\] emails back in a very timely manner and can even remotely fix issues you're having when you're stumped.

Cons

We have no complaints. All kinks we've run into were handled promptly with \[sensitive content hidden\] help. We love Circle-Hand!

Fantastic experience. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very knowledgeable, and quick with helpful and appropriate responses.

Pros

The Sales and Information process was thorough and educational. Onboarding was simple and the system is easy to use. There are many customer features that can be utilized or turned off depending your needs.

Cons

Criteria was set on label size, however, Circle-Hand did an update change that now allows the client can pick the label size. (Circle-hand is quick to accommodate needs and make updates.)

Excellent, would highly recommend for mid-size stores looking to scale their consignment business without inflating headcount.

Pros

The team are very open to feedback and quick to act to improve the platform. It has drastically simplified our consignment flow, cutting down the number of manual contacts by 90%.

Cons

Initially had minor quibbles with things being synced correctly for analytics but the issues were promptly resolved by the team (roughly 10 day time to resolution for bugs reported).

Managing the entire consignment journey, from intake, inventory management, to the sale stage, is extremely smooth with this app. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, handling inventory, client data, listings, and store credit effortlessly. Custom features were implemented quickly, and the team suggested solutions to further optimize our operations. We just love it and highly recommend it for luxury resale businesses looking for an efficient, customizable solution.

Pros

The app has completely transformed the way we manage our luxury resale business, for both our brick-and-mortar and online store. The UI and UX are extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to navigate and manage the workflow. The support team is proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to respond, helping us resolve issues and find solutions efficiently. The client portal is simple and effective, and email communication templates can be set up throughout the client journey. The app allows for customization to fit our specific operational needs, making our processes more efficient and streamlined.

Cons

We haven’t experienced any major issues so far. There is a slight learning curve during the initial setup and onboarding process, especially when exploring the customization options available. Great so far. We are only a few weeks in but so far, so good. We will continue to work with Circle-Hand moving forward.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\], has been very responsive (less than 24 hour response time) via email with any questions I've had so far on the on-boarding process. They seem very adaptable and willing to listen to their clients on improving their service.

Cons

There are a few improvements that I've voiced to Circle-Hand. They are working on the improvements mentioned. Biggest one is having an app for the software for vendors/clients and admin.
