Excellent, would highly recommend for mid-size stores looking to scale their consignment business without inflating headcount.

Pros

The team are very open to feedback and quick to act to improve the platform. It has drastically simplified our consignment flow, cutting down the number of manual contacts by 90%.

Cons

Initially had minor quibbles with things being synced correctly for analytics but the issues were promptly resolved by the team (roughly 10 day time to resolution for bugs reported).

Pros

Every email is answered very quickly!! I have asked a thousand questions and each one has been addressed concisely and in a timely manner.

Managing the entire consignment journey, from intake, inventory management, to the sale stage, is extremely smooth with this app. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, handling inventory, client data, listings, and store credit effortlessly. Custom features were implemented quickly, and the team suggested solutions to further optimize our operations. We just love it and highly recommend it for luxury resale businesses looking for an efficient, customizable solution.

Pros

The app has completely transformed the way we manage our luxury resale business, for both our brick-and-mortar and online store. The UI and UX are extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to navigate and manage the workflow. The support team is proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to respond, helping us resolve issues and find solutions efficiently. The client portal is simple and effective, and email communication templates can be set up throughout the client journey. The app allows for customization to fit our specific operational needs, making our processes more efficient and streamlined.

Cons

We haven’t experienced any major issues so far. There is a slight learning curve during the initial setup and onboarding process, especially when exploring the customization options available. It can take a bit of time to fine-tune workflows to match your exact needs, but once everything is configured, the system runs smoothly. Overall, any minor challenges have been small, manageable, and far outweighed by the value the platform provides.

Great so far. We are only a few weeks in but so far, so good. We will continue to work with Circle-Hand moving forward.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\], has been very responsive (less than 24 hour response time) via email with any questions I've had so far on the on-boarding process. They seem very adaptable and willing to listen to their clients on improving their service.

Cons

There are a few improvements that I've voiced to Circle-Hand. They are working on the improvements mentioned. Biggest one is having an app for the software for vendors/clients and admin.

The learning curve is often a barrier to technology adoption. Circle-Hand offers a relatively intuitive interface that doesn't require an IT background to navigate. The Point of Sale integration is reliable, which is crucial during high-traffic periods in a physical retail environment.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Very responsive and open to feedback. Overall experience so far has been great.

Cons

While the interface is user-friendly, there are areas where more flexibility would be beneficial—for instance, the payout receipts are currently not editable. Additionally, while the self-service knowledge base could be more robust to help with independent troubleshooting, the direct support team is exceptionally responsive. When I am unable to find specific information on my own, their team is easy to reach and consistently provides the help I need.

Overall, it’s a solid platform that brings structure to consignor intake and helps us stay organized. With more workflow customization, better pricing negotiation flow, and improved email notifications/automation, it would be even more powerful for premium consignment operations.

Pros

Circle-Hand has been genuinely useful for managing consignor submissions and keeping our intake process organized. The workflow makes it easy to review new submissions, and keep a clear audit trail of what’s been received and what’s still pending. It’s also simple for consignors to use, which reduces back-and-forth and saves our team time. Overall it helps bring structure to a consignment model where every item is unique and needs proper tracking.

Cons

A few things would make Circle-Hand even stronger for luxury pre-loved workflows: the ability to customize steps more deeply (especially adding an Authenticity/Verification stage), a smoother back-and-forth for pricing proposals and counteroffers so we can apply a pricing strategy with the consignor, and stronger email automation. It would also help to receive an email notification when a consignor submits a new item, so submissions never get missed.

We’ve had a really great experience with CircleHand so far. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been incredibly responsive and supportive — even with the time difference, he always finds the time to reply quickly and help us work through questions as we transition systems. That level of communication means a lot, especially as a small business. CircleHand feels like a very integrated, forward-thinking POS system. It’s clear that it’s being built with growth in mind, and we’re confident it will make our day-to-day operations much easier in the long run, especially with the online platform and continued updates.

Pros

Flexibility and immediate adjustments to client’s needs. I like the online integration and overall sync

Cons

I wish the system is more condensed and things aren’t in so many places. It took us a little time to adjust.
