And when we were having issues, they addressed them quickly. Overall a very responsive company with actual humans responding, which seems miraculous. Pros It's the best way we found to manage our large consignment inventory and also sync with our existing inventory/Point of Sale system. Cons It took a few months for them to work all the bugs out. The version now is much smoother than when we started using it. They did work with us on all the issues and they are all resolved now. We all love how Circle Hand links seamlessly with Square and that we don’t have to purchase special printing devices and tags (as many other consignment software programs demand ). A very functional data-base. We would be hard - pressed to find a more functional database. Pros The reports are easy to use. The price point is fantastic. We appreciate how approachable and accessible the developers are. They are constantly improving the system, based on feedback from their customers. Inputting inventory is fast and easy. Cons We don't like having to use Shopify - it is so buggy - it often interferes with the usefulness of Circle-Hand. The tag set up - needs work. Our customers struggle to see the print for sizing etc. - it is quite small. The bar code often does not scan - forcing us to search for the item manually. There is no template for jewelry - which is challenging. It has significantly streamlined our inventory management, and I honestly can't imagine running the business without it anymore. Pros I love how easy Circle-Hand is to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing inventory incredibly efficient. I mainly use it to organize my inventory and quickly add new items to my Shopify store, and it works flawlessly. On top of that, the founders are always responsive and genuinely listen to user feedback, regularly improving the platform based on suggestions. Cons I'd love to see more development around cross-listing. I know it's a complex feature to build, but I think it would be a huge addition to the platform, especially if it supported marketplaces like Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, Grailed, and others.
