With more workflow customization, better pricing negotiation flow, and improved email notifications/automation, it would be even more powerful for premium consignment operations. Pros Circle-Hand has been genuinely useful for managing consignor submissions and keeping our intake process organized. The workflow makes it easy to review new submissions, and keep a clear audit trail of what’s been received and what’s still pending. It’s also simple for consignors to use, which reduces back-and-forth and saves our team time. Overall it helps bring structure to a consignment model where every item is unique and needs proper tracking. Cons A few things would make Circle-Hand even stronger for luxury pre-loved workflows: the ability to customize steps more deeply (especially adding an Authenticity/Verification stage), a smoother back-and-forth for pricing proposals and counteroffers so we can apply a pricing strategy with the consignor, and stronger email automation. Pros \- Every month they release new features that meet the needs of their customers; I've never seen a software before that is adapting so much to our product suggestions! - The software is very user friendly and covers more needs than you would have. I believe Circle Hand was meant for businesses to use the client portal. Which is an awesome feature, but not in our process (yet). We asked them to tweak many things in the backend to fit our process (from 21 years in business), and they did! If you have a consignment or second hand business, it's hard to imagine you could find a better product. Pros Circle-Hand is incredibly user friendly. Its UI is very clean and clear. It's a powerful tool for managing inventory, tracking customers, and much more. It integrates with Shopify beautifully which has made getting both my brick and mortar shop, as well as my online store, up and running very smooth. Anschließend einfach auf Etikettendruck gehen und mein Drucker spuckt ein tolles Label mit Barcode aus. Pros Circle-Hand ist selbst für uns als absolute Neueinsteiger super einfach zu bedienen. Alles ist übersichtlich Strukturiert und für Fragen ist das Team unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Erstkontakt lief über einen wirklich freundlichen Videocall. Anschließend ein zügiger Austausch via WhatsApp und Mail. Produktefotos helfen zudem, falsche Zuordnungen zu vermeiden. Pros Es ist einfach zu handhaben auf Laptop, iPhone, iPad. Auf jedem Arbeitsgerät abrufbar, da Browserbasiert. Kundin bekommt automatisiert per Mail eine Annahmebestätigung, Auszahlungsbeleg etc. Kundin hat ein gutes Gefühl dabei wenn sie diese Listen bekommt und es gibt wenigere Diskussionen bezüglich Preis etc. Cons Versand der Annahmebestätigung/Auszahlungsbeleg geht sofort und direkt per Mail an Kundin. Besser wäre, wenn ich diese zuerst abrufen könnte (zur Kontrolle) und dann weitergeleitet werden. Auf der Annahmeliste (Delivery receipt) sieht man nicht welche Teile bereits verkauft sind oder evtl. von der Kundin bereits retourgenommen worden sind. Bei den anstehenden Payouts wird die Auszahlungsliste erst nach Zahlung generiert. Gut wäre wenn diese Liste vorher angeschaut werden könnte. Gewisse Angaben können bei der Produkterfassung nicht selber geändert werden z.B. doppelt erfasste Markennamen, Schreibfehler etc. Gut wäre auch, wenn man Umstatzlisten generieren und ausdrucken könnte.
