They also very quick to add new features based on customer feedback. Cons I wish there as more customization options for printing labels, but new features are being added and hopefully label printing will be more customizable in the future. We would be hard - pressed to find a more functional database. Pros The reports are easy to use. The price point is fantastic. We appreciate how approachable and accessible the developers are. They are constantly improving the system, based on feedback from their customers. Inputting inventory is fast and easy. Cons We don't like having to use Shopify - it is so buggy - it often interferes with the usefulness of Circle-Hand. The tag set up - needs work. Our customers struggle to see the print for sizing etc. - it is quite small. The bar code often does not scan - forcing us to search for the item manually. There is no template for jewelry - which is challenging. July 17, 2026 3.0 In my experience, Circle‑Hand may work well for simpler setups, but multi‑location sellers should be aware of the overselling risk and limited safeguards and support. I am seriously considering moving back to ConsignCloud (which involved more steps to list items but was much more reliable for us) or exploring other options altogether, and I am hoping Circle‑Hand makes the necessary improvements so I can avoid another full software change. Pros Circle‑Hand does offer some genuinely useful features, especially around consignor management: payout requests are handled smoothly, and the consignor portal is solid, which my consignors consistently respond well to. Cons The AI descriptions can be hit‑and‑miss. In my store, it struggles to learn certain common product types (for example, baby jumpsuits and distinguishing jeans from other pants), even when we process large volumes of those items every week. Worryingly, Circle‑Hand has caused repeated oversold items and duplicate sales in my two‑location Shopify store, and in practice hasn’t been a reliable source of truth for multi‑location inventory. There are no effective safeguards against scenarios like one location at +1 and another at −1 still being sellable online, so I’ve spent a lot of time fixing errors and dealing with disappointed customers. Support has felt inconsistent and often evasive, with key questions about what is synced, how, and when, plus requests for documentation or contact with other multi‑location users, left only partially answered, and most “solutions” relying on perfect staff behaviour and manual workarounds rather than robust automation. At one point, a glitch meant a consignor payout was created twice (yikes!). You're right: sales must hit the correct Shopify POS location. If an item sells from the wrong location before inventory updates, Shopify shows -1 at that location and +1 at the other, so it remains visible online. Based on your feedback, we came up with solutions and shipped the following updates: (1) Circle-Hand now tags items with location, so Shopify automations can use it. (2) We designed a Shopify Flow that auto-removes items from online store when any POS location shows -1. (3)Bulk scanning is improved – staff can scan with a phone camera or barcode scanner to update locations fast. (4) In Shopify collections, add "Inventory greater than 0". There are many customer features that can be utilized or turned off depending your needs. Cons Criteria was set on label size, however, Circle-Hand did an update change that now allows the client can pick the label size. (Circle-hand is quick to accommodate needs and make updates.) The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing inventory incredibly efficient. I mainly use it to organize my inventory and quickly add new items to my Shopify store, and it works flawlessly. On top of that, the founders are always responsive and genuinely listen to user feedback, regularly improving the platform based on suggestions. We sell online, instore, insta with a zettle POS a mix of vintage , consignment, and gifts. So we needed a way to upload and track alot of individual garments quickly and flexibly. Max has helped us out with any issues we've had and even implemented additions to the app that we suggested. The apps works really well and works better every month. 100% would recommend. it's shaved hours off our workload and allowed us to streamline a lot of processes. Anschließend einfach auf Etikettendruck gehen und mein Drucker spuckt ein tolles Label mit Barcode aus. Pros Circle-Hand ist selbst für uns als absolute Neueinsteiger super einfach zu bedienen. Alles ist übersichtlich Strukturiert und für Fragen ist das Team unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Erstkontakt lief über einen wirklich freundlichen Videocall. Anschließend ein zügiger Austausch via WhatsApp und Mail. Wir sind sehr dankbar darüber, wenn wenigstens das System mit dem gearbeitet wird zuverlässig funktioniert und man sich keine Gedanken darüber machen muss. Vielen Dank! Produktefotos helfen zudem, falsche Zuordnungen zu vermeiden. Pros Es ist einfach zu handhaben auf Laptop, iPhone, iPad. Auf jedem Arbeitsgerät abrufbar, da Browserbasiert. Kundin bekommt automatisiert per Mail eine Annahmebestätigung, Auszahlungsbeleg etc. Kundin hat ein gutes Gefühl dabei wenn sie diese Listen bekommt und es gibt wenigere Diskussionen bezüglich Preis etc. Cons Versand der Annahmebestätigung/Auszahlungsbeleg geht sofort und direkt per Mail an Kundin. Besser wäre, wenn ich diese zuerst abrufen könnte (zur Kontrolle) und dann weitergeleitet werden. Auf der Annahmeliste (Delivery receipt) sieht man nicht welche Teile bereits verkauft sind oder evtl. von der Kundin bereits retourgenommen worden sind. Bei den anstehenden Payouts wird die Auszahlungsliste erst nach Zahlung generiert. Gut wäre wenn diese Liste vorher angeschaut werden könnte.
